Though I have faced delivery issues on all the occasions I placed order with Pizzahut Miyapur, but I am writing this review now as today's incident has crossed all the limits. Here is the series of events for all to be aware of, I placed the order for self and family at 7:34 PM on Nov-03-2019 at 8:06 PM I received call from delivery boy informing me that the order was out for delivery but the delivery can happen only around 9 PM because of traffic which is unimaginable and when I told him that it would be late by all standards and asked him to try to deliver early he told me that he will talk to the outlet manager and respond back at 8:11 PM I got a call back and the delivery boy informed me that outlet manager has asked him to inform me to consider the order as cancelled. When I told him that outlet manager can not cancel the order without my consent, he said he will ask the outlet manager to give me a call back as no one called up, I tried calling delivery boy at 8:17 PM and 8:23 PM but despite full bell he did not answer the phone as I had already waited for an hour to receive my order and was unhappy with the outlets response, I decided to followup the case with Pizzahut call center which I called 3 times till 9:05 and each time I was asked to wait 10 minutes to receive a call back from outlet manager that never happened in my next followup call at 9:10 PM I was finally connected to the Miyapur outlet manager over conf call who told me that the delivery boy informed him that I had asked to cancel the order because of late delivery; and he assured that the order will be delivered in next 10 to 15 minutes though I was absolutely hopeless about delivery considering the series of events, I still waited for 15 minutes and then started driving to Miyapur outlet while talking to Pizzahut call center to check the status of deliver on which they failed to provide any update after reaching Miyapur outlet at around 9:45 PM I was informed that the Miyapur outlet did not receive any delivery request from my number 9:53 I called Pizzahut call center again to check which outlet in fact was responsible for this mishap and I was confirmed that the request was being processed by Miyapur outlet only and in the mean while the pizza delivery happened at my home address in the mean while a gentleman present at the outlet tried intervening unnecessarily telling me that I was needlessly upset with poor outlet people when the issue was with Pizzahut call center and if I had guts I should take it up with concerned people rather than arguing with innocent outlet staff. Not sure if the gentleman was one among them as the problem was clearly with outlet and delivery staff. This is another reason I want Pizzahut authorities to take this issue more seriously as there are people who are trying to manipulate delivery issues as Pizzahut management issues confused about who processed the order and who delivered it, I called the Pizzahut call center again and was informed that a call will be made to the Miyapur outlet asking to have him speak to me to confirm that the order was processed at the same outlet where I was standing and not to my surprise, the person at Miyapur outlet received call from Pizzahut call center which confirmed that I was at right outlet which also proved that someone deliberately deleted my order after it was dispatched for delivery for which the outlet manager had no explanation dejected by series of events, I called Pizzahut call center again and asked the person to escalate the issue to the escalations manager for proper action. I will be following up with concerned authorities further to ensure that this incident today gets addressed properly and I hope no Pizzahut customer will have to go through such harrassment in...

I placed an online order from this store (order OD: 19011060) but it was never delivered. The app kept showing “delivering in a minute” for nearly an hour. During this time, I repeatedly tried contacting both the delivery agent and the store—around 10 calls in total—yet no one bothered to answer.
Frustrated, I visited the store in person, only to find that they couldn’t track the delivery agent either. When I asked for an explanation, their response was shocking: “We are not responsible for deliveries as they are handled by a third party.” After a heated discussion, I decided to cancel my order since it had already been over two hours. However, they refused to cancel it initially, and only after further negotiation did they agree—though they insisted that the refund would take a week to process. While I understand the refund policy, how can I trust a store that ignored all my calls? Their response? “We’re just employees, and we’re not responsible for these issues.” Seriously?!

Read moreI'm a north Indian and obviously a Pizza lover, I've tried so many different kinds of pizzas. But here, I haven't really expected this experience from Pizza hut. First of all, the service tax is higher than Dominoes, KFC, SUBWAY, Burger King, McD, CCD and a few more I've tried so far. And 2nd, its not that tasty as people say a lot about PIZZA HUT. Only delivery is okay, but then what... You are not going to eat Delivery guy, right? lol...
Seriously a bad experience with pizza hut. And this branch is not even having sufficient service members, Only one girl is there for taking each and every order, and even she is preparing the pizza. Shame. I waited for about half an hour. Why a counter person is preparing a PIZZA? A serious Question...
Even on Weekend, there is no service members except one girl. Better go somewhere else...
