Hotel Sky Earth — Hotel in Indore City

Room was decent & clean, but service horrible. Fan was not working, we were told that it will be repaired soon but that never happened inspite of repeated reminders. Other basic things requested, also never arrived in our room. It took two hours to clean the room, which we were suppose to occupy, so they temporarily kept us in another room for 2 hours & when we asked what is happening why is it taking so long to shift us to our room, they kept on telling us that it is getting cleaned etc. So rooms are okay, but service is pathetic to...

Worst hotel ever! Never ever stay at this yucky place! Its very ill maintained no response from staffs no cleaning so many mischievous things are happening its not suitable for family or children! They pay too much charge and they basically wonton even provide breakfast their tie-up hotel doesn’t exist. Their “MD” doesn’t even exist. Their staffs are arrogant. Their address in the website is completely wrong this brought us many consequences made our travelling charge higher. I don’t have enough words to describe this...

Dirty linen, broken washroom, AC non functional and Rude staff. Had to change the room thrice without any solution to the problems. Manager asked for payment in his personal paytm. Very unprofessional staff.
