👉 Cons of Hotel

Check-IN time will take 15-20 minutes becoz of slow staff at reception. You have to take stairs till first floor and thn you can use the Lift. Window curtains are to light so the sun bright light will enter in room even at 6:00 AM (Morning) and most of times i had to place a towel over the curtains to block sun light. You may also hear traffic noise most of times even at mid night. Staff is slow and reception staff is very slow, Check- OUT took me almost 30 mins. Payment Machine work on battery so you may have to wait a while to make a card payment. Complimentary drinks were not available in room as it was written in note tht will be available.

Food is too good and i mean it their chef are too good in making food. Quantity and quality of food is too good, and prices are reasonable except few items. 1 thali can feed 2 people easily which can cost Rs. 275/-. Parking available for two wheelers inside the hotel which is very helpful. Hotel at good location, and good location is accurate. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are okay, warm water was available 24x7, clean towel and blanket was clean. Staff doesn’t bother you unnecessarily. AC works well and lights are sufficiently available. House keeping staff works very well except on my second last day someone used my trimmer without my permission and hairs was spread out at bathroom.

Overall, i would recommend this hotel to those who are tight on budget, ask for house keeping while you are available in hotel, check-in and check-out time is longer, parking can be a deal breaker.

I hope things will be better in upcoming days, and i’m willing to stay in the hotel in future as well if few things get fixed...

Extremely discourteous staff!! I have booked the hotel through MMt. Went in there for Check in and the staff couldn’t have been more disrespectful and ill mannered towards their guests. Someone who’s coming from hospitality background, I have never seen the hotel staff least hospitable as them. Seriously such a terrible services and how helpful and useless they have been. Even a road as dhaba employees are more courteous than them. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as they do not deserve people coming into their property. Just wearing the uniforms does not make you customer oriented, it should be in the way how you treat your guests. These sort of property really need to be shut down as they are just taking our money and if you complain about things that are actually incredibly unbelievably stupid from their end, they would sing a song of hotel policies.
