If i could give negative review, i would have given it already. We were 12 people of family with kids included. PARKING: Initially when we booked they said only 3 people in a room so we agreed and books 4 rooms. As we had 14-seater bus, we asked fir parking spot and on call they said “sab ho jayega, app aa jao”. When we reached there, there no parking at all, not even for normal four wheeler.
WATER: when asked for drinking water, he said it’s paid and we understood. But there was no water supply in some of the bathrooms. How could we even adjust to that!!
*GYSER: we were there for a jight and were to leave 5 in the morning, as it’s winter we asked for warm water for bath, they said “subh subh to nai milega gyser ka pani, hamare pass rod hai to karke denge”. That rod took hour to get water warm for 12 of us and we left the hotel at 6:30am
*NO TEA/ BREAKFAST : gladly we carried some food and instant tea with us, but they don’t have breakfast facility (which is understandable) but they even denied to help us tonlocate some places nearby so that kids could have a good breakfast before we go for darshan
BAD BEHAVIOR: just don’t own a business if you don’t have right mind and attitude to run it!!!! The guy was on the phone always and it took them hours to fix our problems. We were 3 people in room and asked for blanket, they said” pura bed ka to blanket hai phir apko dusre ki kya jarurat padi” what the hell!!! App decide karoge hume kya zarurat hai aur kya nahi !!!
WRONG INFORMATION: while we were booking , we asked for room pictures and they send us all nice pictures with clean rooms and bathrooms But when we reached there, kabhi tubelight nahi chal rahi, kabhi pankha, kabhi pani nahi aa raha. Also we had to ask for AC remote and that took them 35 minutes to get us remote. Remote too room pe rakh dete !!
*NOT CLEAN AT ALL : the rooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, name anything was so unclean and unwashed, everything smelled like garbage. Rooms bhi clean karke nahi diye, jab bole ki clean kar do then again took them 2 hours to get back to us.

Read moreI booked this property on MMT as it was shown as a three-star hotel, but the reality was completely opposite. The rooms were unhygienic, with a strong smell of cigarettes, dirty and used bedsheets, and no basic cleanliness. The environment was very unpleasant and far below even a basic hotel standard, let alone a three-star property.
Adding to this, the behavior of the hotel staff/receivers was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were arrogant and uncooperative, which made the situation worse.
We immediately contacted MMT customer care, but they did not resolve our issue. Shockingly, instead of supporting us as customers, their approach seemed more in favor of the hotel. Because of such terrible conditions and unhelpful behavior, we were left with no choice but to check out and leave the property within just 30 minutes of arriving.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and such a property should not be listed as a three-star hotel on MMT. I strongly urge MMT to re-evaluate such listings so that genuine customers are not misled...
Read moreMy contention is with Fab hotels which has partnered with this hotel but hasn't added even a Penny's worth to it. Golden villas as a hotel is probably 2 star and in need of repairs and renovation. The rooms are basic, linen is old, AC works really well but bathroom doesn't have hot water or even running water, the pressure is extremely low. Fab hotels claims to be a brand but they don't even provide a bottle of water to its guests. Then what are you charging extra for? I paid 1400 per room after discount and negotiations, however, the actual hotel charges 800 per room. So what the hell am I paying extra 600 for if Fab hotels can't provide a bottle of water, toilet roll, clean towels and linens or anything.. lesson learnt though, will never book any fab hotel ever again.
The only silver lining with golden villa hotel is the prompt and Pro active service provided by Shivam and Ishwar, they had no resources but did the best they could with every problem that arose. Without them this hotel would...
