Bablu's Chole Kulche, situated on the service road opposite Metrol Tower near Satyasai square, has been my preferred spot for a satisfying meal for a while now. I remember when a plate of Chole Kulche here was priced at just Rs. 25. However, even with the recent price hike to Rs. 75, what keeps me coming back is the consistent quality and taste.

They ensure that the signature dish, Chole Kulche, maintains its delightful flavor and high quality. The chole are flavorful, and the kulche remain soft, making every bite a treat for the taste buds.

During one of my visits, I decided to try the masala chaach also and it turned out to be a refreshing complement to my meal.

But it's essential to be aware that parking can be a bit challenging. I'd recommend arriving on a two-wheeler for a smoother experience. The ambiance at Bablu's is modest, with the focus squarely on the delicious food rather than extravagant decor.

Bablu Ji Foods is one of the good place to have Chhole Kulcha in Indore. Below I m providing the review in detail in which I have covered everything which you would like to know.

Location :- Situated nearby to the Vijay Nagar Square on the service road towards Satya Sai square and is exactly opposite to Hotel Mangal City.

Parking :- Being situated on service road , parking is a big problem for four wheelers.

Ambiance :- Ambiance is quite average and nothing special about it. Place is quite small but that hardly matters if food is good.

Price :- Things which I ordered:- Butter Chhole Kulcha - 55/- Extra Kulcha - 10/-

Taste and Quality :- I ordered Special Butter Chhole Kulcha and that was a steal deal. Taste was quite good compared to the price we paid. Quality was also good of the food served. It is one of the good Chhole Kulcha joint in indore.

Quantity :- For the price which I paid , quantity was justified and I give 5/5 for it. They served Chhole , 2 Kulcha , Tomato-Onion Salad , pickle.

Hello guys, visited the place randomly. i didnt know it existed as its very small and not quiet noticable from main road. The ambiance is very basic you get normal sitting and regular table.

Now talking about the food, I ordered butter chola kulcha, lassi, paneer paratha and cheese paratha.

The chola kulcha was very tasty no doubt about it, the kulcha was soft, cholla were perfectly cooked, it was served with chilly pickle which added additional taste.

Lassi was quiet good as well, The combination of lassi with kulcha was very pleasant but I wasn't so happy about the parathas they were normal, paneer paratha and cheese paratha were average.

The service is fast but they really need to work on hospitality, coz the waiter wasn't seem to be interested in talking our order
