Nothing Before Coffee - Vijay Nagar Square, Indore — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Visited the place recently with friends and its situated near mangal city behind tinkuz , overall place is moderate sized you have limited no. of sitting option inside and have some sitting options outside, mostly the place is crowded so you have to wait for seats to get vaccant, Ambiance is normal nothing fancy, standard now a days.

We ordered cold coffee, americano, hazzlenut frappe, lotus biscoff frappe , irish frappe , double chocochip frappe , oreo mint shake and tiramisu frape, I tasted them all what ever we ordered.

Americano was good, beans were fresh and nicely roasted, hazzlenut frappe was okayish didint liked it and it was too much sweet.  cold coffee was good but didnt felt cold like it was kept for a while before being served to us and oreo mint shake didnt had any mint in it. double choco chip was good , lotus biscoff was average in taste overhyped and overrated.

Overall the most disappointing thing i felt was placing orders and then collecting it. There management in this department is just below average, they dont have some sort of token system, the wait time is also too much for coffee and its double then the estimates they give you for your order. if i compare to any other place they all serve the coffee you dont have to collect it and that too in same price range not expensive or cheaper places.

Very disappointed! I’ve been drinking NBC coffee for a long time, but this experience has left me shocked. My Nav Durga fast is going on, and yesterday I had a hazelnut cappuccino. At first, I thought there was something strange in my mouth and assumed it was just coffee grounds, but when I removed it, I was horrified to see it was a small cockroach! I might have been the first customer of the day, and it seems like they hadn’t cleaned their utensils properly.

Consuming something like this.. could have serious health consequences, especially during a fast or for anyone with a sensitive stomach. I never expected this from NBC. Very disappointed and will never go back. I urge everyone to avoid this place if they care about their health!

Extremely disappointed with the packaging. The contents were completely spilled inside the bag and impossible to use.
