Skyhouse Cocktail Garden — Restaurant in Indore City

Ok so they follow a cover charge policy where you have to spend a minimum of ₹1000 per person. Got it! But found some unethical practices linked to it.

Unethical conduct if your bill is even ₹3900 (4 people) something you still have to cover it buy buying something that is absolutely gonna be waste of money and resources! if you don’t take or buy anything, your money will be taken (deducted) without availing any service/food. Hence you are forced to buy. they have printed on the menu that they leverage 7% service charge and they are persistent to take it. Even after you ask them that you cannot take service charge and is completely voluntary according to the law (CCPA). I got it removed in the end. Took approx. half an hour to get our final bill ready.

Personal note/ opinion - I agree to the cover charge policy but 100/200rs should not matter much.

Food Food was ok overall. Margarita pizza was nice 👌🏻 Drinks ( mocktails ) were average. can be a bit pricey but I understand with the ambiance they provide.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The food was okay, nothing special, but certainly not terrible. However, the drinks were a major letdown. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and a Miami cocktail, both of which tasted like sweet syrup with little to no alcohol. When I asked the bartender to make them stronger, he assured me that I would “feel good after 30 minutes.” Well, here I am 12 hours later, still feeling completely normal and unsatisfied with the drinks.

To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food, which was incredibly off-putting.

On the positive side, the ambiance was excellent – very welcoming and stylish, but the issues with the food and drinks really overshadowed the overall experience. I was hoping for much more, especially given the prices.
