FabHotel Royal Residency - Hotel in Malviya Nagar — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We were there senior couple visiting Jaipur from January 12 to 15. Rooms were good on our first look but later we found some problems in washroom that we reported to the reception but they didn’t resolve the issue though they were saying they will fix it. Shower and taps were open simultaneously and the whole washroom remained wet. One of our friends slipped in the washroom too. We asked them to do cleaning of rooms and change towels that too they didn’t change and we had to ask them every day in the evening. Last day at checkout we wanted to give them feedback for which they rudely said write it on the website. Property is good but they are not managing it properly. Attention is required if they really want to have guests repeatedly...

It was a very bad experience at this hotel. Fab hotel I really very disappointed to seen this kind of hotel. One of the worth experience I have. The hotel owner was stand over there in the hotel and they do their own only ,what is guest explanation they don't care about all these thing, all hotel staff was very roud. It was such a pathetic experience, I stayed here 3 times. Every time they keep you waiting while check in. After 10-15 minutes they deny for check in whether room is not available or they dont have rooms in this budget. They aak you to call customer care to shifting or cancel the booking. I booked the property 4 days ago still they denied check in. After arguing half an hour with customer care no solution will be provided and at last you have to pay extra money.
