Townhouse Malviya Nagar Near Airport formerly Royal Residency — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I had bad experience with the hotel. I booked this hotel with great expectations but it was a nightmare. I never had eye redness due to dust but it was first time I had due to some sort of dust particles present in the room. 1st night I thought it was due to tiredness. Second night I started doubting on room environment. After checking minutely I found tons of dust or fungi on wallpaper over my head. Me and my friend's eye was red like blood. I asked receptionist but she told me there is no one to clean the room. When I complain they said sir we are giving you a contact no please tell them. AC's flap was broken and was making great noise. No full time cleaning service.Only available in the morning. 2 Room service staff only and both were doing best but entire hotel can't be handled. Need to request multiple time for services. Requested room cleaning services but when I returned in the evening the room was as it is when I complained about it they said no one was available because group of customers checking in. It should not be in Capital O category. They have their second Hotel nearby so giving great attention there no one was bothered on services aspect here in this hotel. The most horrific hotel. I would give minus markings if it was possible. 1- Staff was extremely lazy to even talk to u and useless. They didn't even want to answer the first question I asked while reaching reception when I asked where to park the car.forget about assisting they act as if we committed some crime coming to them. 2- they were rude. Acting as if doing some favour to mankind by existing. 3- filthiest hotel rooms and public areas with red spit marks everywhere. Geyser didn't work and bathroom was shitty.

4-Dirtiest overall area and every nook and corner stinks. 5-asked for a towl 6 times in one day's stya and everytime they assured it's coming our way but never came. We were on transit and wanted to take rest before we continued our journey but...

We stayed in this hotel for two night during our visit to Jaipur for attending a family function. The hotel is basic but it is very badly managed. Our bathroom's drainage was blocked the first day, taps were loose and one even fell off the fitting. In another room booked for our family members, water was not available for bath. The reception had to be followed again and again to correct these non-functional things. The room service was very late as they fulfill their kitchen needs from another hotel nearby (of the same group). No parking facility inside the hotel and no guard to watch the cars in the night. I am giving two stars only because the room very cosy and warm enough in these harsh winters. But the mattresses were not...
