Our room was extremely dirty when we’ve arrived. Because of that, we’ve had it changed to another one. Sadly, it wasn’t much better even though we waited for it over half an hour (until 1:30am) - especially the towels and bedding were horrible (black hair on pillows, dirt, pink stains), plus the dust was everywhere. The room looked much worse than on the pictures, everything there is old and neglected. The staff don’t really speak English and is not helpful at all. You can ask for anything and they will say yes, but there is very little chance that you’ll really get it, at least without reminding them again and again, and again… they just don’t care, they will ask if you want to have your room cleaned, you say yes, and hours later it’s still untouched. And if they clean, it doesn’t change much, they take 2 towels and leave you only 1, only mop the floor so hair is still all around… One more thing is that our room was from the kitchen side, so it was very noisy (constant, loud sound) until midnight-ish, plus all the smells were coming directly to our bedroom. It was just impossible to rest in this room. The only little spark there is the manager who we met on our last day. When we complained about the cleanliness, he really stood out and made our room clean as it should be. However, it was our last night (out of 4) so it didn’t change much in our experience.

Disappointing Stay at Flute Hotel Jaipur I recently stayed at the Flute Hotel in Jaipur, and unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered: * Unprofessional Staff: The staff's behavior was incredibly disappointing. They were rude and unhelpful, which significantly impacted the hospitality experience. * Unhygienic Conditions: The cleanliness of the kitchen was a major concern. It appeared dirty and unhygienic, raising serious doubts about food safety standards. * Unpalatable Food: The quality of the food was simply awful. The dishes I tried were bland and unappetizing. Overall, my stay at Flute Hotel was a frustrating experience. Considering the price point, the lack of basic courtesy from the staff, uncleanliness, and inedible food make it a place I would strongly advise against. Tips for Other Travelers: * Do your research! Read reviews from various sources before booking your stay. * Consider other hotels in Jaipur - there are many options that offer great hospitality and value for money. * If hygiene is a top priority for you, then Flute Hotel is definitely not the place to stay. I hope this review helps other travelers make informed decisions about their stay in Jaipur.

Clean rooms and well maintained. The house keeping staff had come to clean every day even without us having to intimate them. Pros: 1. Clean washrooms and clean linen 2. Decently furnished rooms. (Had a fridge, locker, cupboards for knicknacks 3. Food was decent and room service was good. 4. It's close to the railway station. Cons: 1. The water was not very warm. Had to let a lot of water run before we got warm enough water 2. The room that I got had a very cramped space for the toilet. But it has roomy bathing stall. Not sure why it was designed like that 3. The price of everything was a bit higher than usual (including water bottles that were charged at Rs 30 for a Rs 20 bottle plus tax!) Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a no fuss experience for a relatively less number of days.

Terrible Experience — Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

We had an absolutely awful experience at Flute Boutique By Hotel 91.

At 12:06 PM, the hotel sent us a message asking to confirm our stay. We replied within 15 minutes confirming it and even provided our train arrival time from Agra. However, when we arrived at around 7:30–8 PM, they told us they were fully booked and basically kicked us out — referring us to another hotel instead.

That alone was bad enough, but what made it worse is that my partner’s credit card was charged, and the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. The receptionist acted like he couldn’t speak English and pretended not to understand what was going on. They made us talk to someone on the phone who kept interrupting, wouldn’t listen, and even yelled at us several times.

My partner stayed calm and said, “I don’t want to yell, I’m in your hotel now and I don’t want to make a scene,” but the man on the phone just kept shouting. It happened four times in a row. None of the staff tried to help — they just said they couldn’t do anything.

We contacted Booking.com customer service, and even they confirmed that our reservation was valid and active at this hotel. They asked the hotel to send an email confirming the cancellation, but the staff refused to write it, even after being given clear instructions. Each time Booking.com called, the hotel either didn’t answer or pretended not to speak English.

To make things worse, one of the staff — a man in a red shirt — stood in front of us with his arms folded, yelling aggressively. I had to stand up and tell him, “Please lower your voice, I didn’t speak loudly to you. I just want to cancel our booking and leave.” Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a hotel. Please save yourself the trouble — do...

Nightmare started when I was given Room 404||1) Room was stinking of dampness as AC was not working properly.|2) Washbasin tap was broken and leaking and never seen a more dirty bathroom.|3) Bottles of Soap and Lotion were sticky and contents smeared all over the bottle.|4) Phones are old and cheap quality, no numbers mentioned where to call and whom.|5) Bedsheets were dirty & had stains all over them.|6) Wall near the bathroom was broken, main door was not locking from inside.|7) Nobody cares to share username & password for Wifi.|8) Food was average quality.|9) Sofa was dirty and disgusting, to sit on it I had to keep a towel and utilize it.|10) All the furniture was worn out and shabby condition.||All this was happening at 5 AM post a 3 hour flight and being awake the whole night flying from Sharjah. ||I was shifted to Room 401 which was a bigger room.||1) Bedsheet had hair and so did the quilt, had to be changed again.|2) Bathroom Dirty and wooden fixtures worn out.|3) Door Broken and requires repairing.|4) Remote in both rooms had battery cover missing.|5) AC Controls are from 1960 or 1970, I had to call the reception to get the temperature controlled as it was hot.|6) Did not dare to keep clothes in the wardrobe. Locker is locked and you have to request the reception to send someone to open it, I ended up carrying my valuables with me all the time.|7) Water glassess were dirty and had stains.||Breakfast was ok and only saving grace is the staff who are ever ready to solve any problem.||Owners should wake up and think about how to manage or maintain the hotel, it can be a very good property but their attitude is seen in the property.||Avoid at all cost there are many...

Location : location is good, fine.

Rooms : Firstly, let me tell you in my review, we changed our room twice because of their mattresses quality and issues also with that, we noticed every room has different interior and different way of space occupation even after of being same level, which wasn't very good. Rooms looks decent no doubt. And quality of interior decor (including almirah's wood, floor, washroom tiles) is not that perfect as it looks good in pictures. Still look wise overall it's a good room. Apart than that mattresses are hell uncomfortable. I had bad backache after my sleep on them. And I couldn't sleep comfortably. Rooms are not sound proof at all. We can hear each and every voice of gallery or of sideby rooms, which is not so good again obviously. As it affects privacy.

Room Service: Room service is good, they would serve you with in 5 min after your room service call.

Price: Food menu is not that cheap at all. It's costly according to the food.

In last, I want to let you know all in my review. They would add extra charges in overall amount which is not even genuine. Eg: they charged 32 rs from us for each water water. But it was of 20rs. They charged it for rs 30 and 3-4 ra tax upon it. So it was a cheat. Though it's a rule that they charge it more than its MRP, still they do. I said it this is wrong, then reception manager answered 'aisa hi kiya hua hai manager ne abhi'. We were getting late so avoided Argument. But don't let them charge anything or in any rubbish sense.

In my opinion, this could be your last option, if font find anything then you could...
