First Things First. Its been years that I was waiting for Starbucks in Jaipur. So, thank you at last and welcome to the Pink City.

Your coffee and food has always been great and kudos for maintaining the same taste,

What have you done to the signature Starbucks ambience and feel? This C Scheme outlet is a mess, very clumsy, inefficient seating arrangements, poor layout, I am surprised with your approval to the the designer(s) on the layout. He has let you down.

It looks like a cafeteria of a common office space.

And what about one of your crew continuously shouting the names of your guest, in a very unpleasing tone. Please find some alternative.(I mean the process), am not sure how many of us will like our names to be called upon that loud.

I am extremely disappointed.

Not sure, whether this "one" feedback will ring some alarms but I wanted to have you guys, the honest one, at least for a place so close to my heart.
