I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Galaxy Inn, and I would like to share my experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that left much to be desired.

Let's start with the positives. The food at Hotel Galaxy Inn was truly exceptional, reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. Every dish I tried was flavorful and satisfying. The culinary experience alone was a highlight of my stay. 👌🍽️

In terms of cleanliness, the hotel generally maintained a high standard. However, I did notice some stains in the toilet, which was a bit disappointing. It would be beneficial for the management to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities. 🧼🚽

Unfortunately, there were a few significant drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the hotel did not provide Wi-Fi, despite it being advertised as available. As a freelancer who relies heavily on internet access, this was a major inconvenience. I had to purchase an extra booster plan for my mobile device, incurring additional costs that I did not anticipate. Furthermore, the cellular network in the area was unreliable, exacerbating the connectivity issues. 📶😔

Additionally, I found it misleading that the hotel charged an undisclosed 5% tax on food. It is important for establishments to be transparent about any additional charges, as this can significantly impact a guest's budget. 💸🚫

The television in my room was also not functional, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have entertainment options during my downtime. 📺😕

The behavior of the staff was another letdown. Whenever I approached them for assistance or requested services, their reactions were often rude and unprofessional. This lack of courteousness tarnished the overall experience and left a negative impression. 😠👎

The view from the window at Hotel Galaxy Inn was 😕 disappointing. Instead of picturesque scenes or vibrant cityscapes, my view consisted of 🏢 unappealing surroundings. The lackluster view did not provide any visual appeal or relaxation. It would have been wonderful to gaze upon something more pleasant and visually stimulating. Unfortunately, the unattractive view further contributed to my overall 😔 disappointment during my stay.

Furthermore, Hotel Galaxy Inn does not frequently offer online payment options, which can be inconvenient in this digital age. Many guests, myself included, prefer the ease and security of online transactions and may not carry sufficient cash. 💳💻

Lastly, I was disappointed by the hotel's policy regarding early check-out. Despite leaving before the agreed-upon day, I was charged the standard price rather than the previously offered rate. This practice felt unfair and did not align with the expectations set during booking. ⏰💰

Considering all these factors, I regret to say that Hotel Galaxy Inn falls short of providing a worthwhile experience for its price. It is important for the management to address the issues mentioned above and make improvements to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests. 🏨💔

The initial check-in experience was very nice but the actual scene came outside on the day of check-out. For only a 30 minute delay they asked to pay the fare for the entire one day.

The reception staffs were so rude that they said that either you pay and go or you stay here for one more night.

The rooms were up to the Mark but the only thing that completely dissatisfied me was the behaviour of the reception staff. They were very rude. After so much arguments, they did not even try to understand and reduced the amount to 500 and as we were getting late for our flight, we considered to pay and leave rather than arguing with them.

I will never recommend this place to my near and dear ones. And I request the owner of the hotel , if they are reading this review comments, please look into the behaviour of the staffs because not everyone will tolerate this kind...

Only pros is nearby to railway station. The rooms that were shown to us and were given to us were stingy. It was not cleaned again during our stay of 3 nights. Normal hot water is not trustworthy. Please go for mineral water only. Complimentary breakfast came after 1hr 30 minutes of ordering. Local drivers will keep on hassling for taking their car/their auto/their service. The bathroom was a little dirty. Tap was not in a good condition. It takes immense force to close the bathroom door. The lock doesn't work in the bathroom door. The towels were not clean when we came in for the first time. Git it replaced once later. The whole area will be closed at around 9.00 pm.
