Munchbox 251 — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

The “crispy vegetables” is the best thing I’ve had in Delhi, Jodhpur, and Jaipur. I’ve been travelling for about two weeks. I’ve had food at hotels, local restaurants and street food. This dish beat them all.

The name of this dish does not due it justice. It has so much flavour and the perfect amount of spice. It is next level. I essentially ordered it by accident because I needed some vegetables.

I wouldn’t really consider it a “vegetable” dish. The vegetables are more like the means for delivering the sauce and spices. It was kind of like really good barbecue pork (which I haven’t had in a long long time, but that is the memory that was invoked). That description isn’t exactly right but it should give you an idea.

I also had the Pasta Arrabbiata, which was very satisfying. The sauce was great but the pasta was just OK. If they improve the quality of the pasta, this dish will also be next level.

Staff were pleasant and attentive.

The decor and atmosphere is a little generic, but not unappealing either.

Must visit and try the corn shots and daal makhni- best in jaipur... Reviewed on 6.11.2021 In the Banipark area best place for dine in...Clean place, very well behaved staff and quick service... There were around 30 guests when we visited this restaurant and all the team members handled it very well... You must try their Dhaba Daal, kadhai paneer, corn shots and spring rolls...their presentation is very good..
