Hotel O KG State — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Worst hotel ever... Guys they will charge a huge amount on food bills. Do a cross check while paying. Chicken rosemary was listed as 270/- on menu . But on bill they were charging 370/-. When we asked for the ammended bill, they simply refused to do so. Not just that, they have a policy that if we go for dinner or lunch in their in-house restaurant then they will give 20% discount on the final bill too. Infact the statement was given on the reception too. But when we asked the discounted bill in the restaurant then they started arguing and simply telling that we don't give discount. Such a pathetic behaviour. No coordination from reception and the restaurant manager. Worst experience ever in jaipur.

Over inflated price on food. One time meal may cost u between 700-1000/- bucks. If u can afford that plus with such a messy staff as mentioned above, then go ahead....

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! Trust me all the positive reviews here are all fake. I am booking oyo rooms since they just started and now i only book their Townhouse properties. This is the first property to which i am giving 1 star for the behaviour and hospitality. I booked it for 2 days but cancelled it later for the 2nd day. As i am into healthy eating and prefer high protein meals that they don't have but what they have is the policy of NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED. The hotel asks for additional amount at the time of checking no matter at what price you have booked it on. They threaten to cancel the booking if you fail to pay the extra amount. They claim its their minimum tariff and if any booking website books at a cheaper rate they will charge the remaining amount at the time of check in. The service is terrible.||Smelly Linens, Smelly room, No housekeeping.||They serve pasta salad or alu vada in the name of breakfast with only tea as the beverage option.||Housekeeping staff is pathetic.||Incase you have not ordered food from the hotel they charge you for cutlery as well.||||One of the most pathetic hotels and staff I ahve ever found.
