Hotel Sagun — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We visited Jaipur 2 years ago and We stayed in this hotel .. Room was nice and best according to our budget .. and Room was neat and clean and No complaint with service ..Lift and Wifi facility was available there ... Guy at reception was very nice guy We wanted to visit the city and he arranged not only for transportation but also guided us as well .. Location is not too far from Railway station hardly half a kilometer ... If I ever go to Jaipur again most probably I'd stay in same hotel. It’s an average rooms. Also hot water is not available 24hours (only morning). Rooms also proper clean and bedsheets are very dirty. Only location is good near Jaipur railway station.Hotel is at good location near Jaipur junction. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. I like the painting at reception area. Food service takes more than enough time and prices are little bit high. Over all experience is good. hotel for an awesome price on booking by Goibibo. Everything was perfect. Lights, fan, ac, WiFi, beds(booked for 3 persons). Wish the shower worked. Spacious, well lit, clean, cool and maintained everyday by hotel. Just 400 metres from station and right next to metro. Friendly staff, RO water and lift. Have their own private cabs (which could be a little expensive). Great experience. Value for money. The location is nice. It's walkable distance from station. People who are giving positive review were either lucky for getting good services or the reviews are paid. My experience was too bad with this hotel.

I was travelling with my wife and my mother and had our return train at 1 AM hence, I booked this hotel because of its location near to the railway station.

Only thing i liked here nature of staff at reception. They were polite while talking.

Rooms are very different in looks as compared to what they have shown on hotel’s picture. Room was small and dirty. Water was leaking from spray jet. Also, hot water was not there in the bathroom. Also no soap was provided. We told to the receptionist during checkout and he had no answer for that.

Their food is quite costly as well, and service is very slow. We ordered matar pulaav, and quantity was less and low quality. The peas were raw and it was not cooked along with rice.

I will not ever recommend my known people to book this hotel. It is expensive and not worth the price. I wonder how they were able to get the appreciation from different hotel websites.

I stayed here in Oct 2024 for a family of 4 with 3 adults and 1 kid based on pics available online (very deceiving to say the least, so do not fall for it) from a room booking app Agoda. We booked it trusting Agoda reputation but we're highly disappointed. It was a Deluxe Triple Room and we're provided an extra bed for my kid.

Firstly the room size is so small that there is not enough space even to move and then they put an extra bed for child in the only walkway which make any possible movement impossible.

The room cleanliness is just ok and is definitely NOT recommended for FAMILY. Only for short (i would rather say a couple of hours at the most) business trips or couples needing cheap accommodation. There were bed bugs and smelly sheets.

Overall a very disappointing experience and the only positive is it's proximity to railway station, which is just opposite...
