🌟Location and Ambiance (5/5): Elephant by Naila Bagh is situated at Naila Bagh Palace on Moti Doongri Road in Adarsh Nagar. Extension to Club Naila, Elephant is a multi-cuisine casual dining restaurant cum bar, with a promising ambiance worthy to be called a Romantic and Insta-worthy place. You will get enchanting heritage vibes the moment you enter this place. They have done the makeover of this place beautifully to give the old heritage look, which is beautiful. They have both outdoor (beside pool) and indoor seating with candlelight on every table. They regularly come up with live musical nights where you can have a great time with your better half or friends or family along with amazing food.

The environment of naila bagh is just perfect. They have indoor as well as outdoor sitting(with a pool) which makes this place very very special and what can beat such amazing sitting area with such an amazing view. If you love such places this is the perfect choice for you. This place is quite peaceful as well. Very very bad experience, right from the moment we entered this place. The guy at the reception Mr Tejinder TJ behaved very rudely and arrogantly. Despite having our names in the guest list he made us wait outside for half an hour. Even after repeated requests he didn't agree to take the calls from his people who entered our names in the guest list. "I don't talk to strangers" this was his reply!! It was when we started to leave he made the call himself and let us in. After we ordered we were asked to pay immediately to which we obliged and promptly asked for the bill. To our surprise the waiter didn't give us the bill and gave lame excuses like "On Thursdays and Saturdays we have events so we don't provide bills". After we refused to accept this statement he finally gave us the bills and to our horror we found that we were charged more than the billed amount!!! The manager accepted it and told us that it was a mistake and that he'll adjust the amount in the subsequent bill.Pathetic attitude at the entrance, waiters/managers trying to con the guests, a broken pool table, urinal flush which won't flush the urinal rather spray that filthy toilet laden water over your clothes.It was really a very bad experience and would never recommend this...
