Pink Cozzy — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Amazing place right in the heart of the city. Gives you real experience of Jaipur culture, herritage etc. Most city attractions are in walkable distance. Food offered is tasty n healthy. Also gives you Rajasthan flavour, though they also offer continental, Indian food as options. It's pure veg n don't serve even eggs. Rooms r very spacious, lighted n filed with modran amenities like wifi. Washrooms r clean n spacious too, inspite being in a haveli which is more than 100 years old. ||The best part is that the owners of the property r staying in the same premise n always striving for giving personalized service to create customer delight. E.g. they suggested nearby authentic food joints offering non veg food if someone needs it or prepare food if something specialy requested. They also arrange for cultural activities, group get to gathers etc on request. If u go on the rooftop, u can enjoy the beautiful view of neighborhood life, Aravali range, Nahargarh fort, ganesh temple, om towers well lit n creating awesome scene.||If u r looking for budget travel with only bed n break fast options, they have full floor dedicated to it at very attractive pricing. Hostel is tucked away off the Main Street so isn’t noisy outside. Beds are very comfy and rooms are spacious too. Fan is abit noisy but works great and keeps the room very cool. I stayed in a dorm and was lucky to have the room to myself for the duration of my stay. The roof terrace is a great place to meet other people in the hostel and see amazing views, I stayed during the Diwali celebrations so there were fireworks and displays going off, it was beautiful! The staff were amazing. Shahid Ali the hostel tuk tuk driver took me on a tour of Jaipur and showed me amazing sites and hidden gems, always made sure I was comfortable and even took me for food too! Imran was so friendly and served breakfast every morning. He couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was a variety of traditional Indian food, each morning was different. 10/10 food. Definitely...

Disappointing Experience with Room Allocation and Service

I recently had a frustrating experience with this hotel, and I'd like to share my review to warn others. Despite booking in advance and paying extra for early check-in, the hotel failed to provide the number of rooms we had booked. To make matters worse, they gave away our reserved rooms to other guests and offered us non-AC rooms, which were insufficient for our group.

The situation was particularly challenging for students who had come to participate in a national-level competition. They had to endure overcrowding and discomfort due to the hotel's poor management.

The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and we were charged extra without receiving the promised services. Unless they improve their customer service and room allocation process, I would not recommend this...
