Hi, My name is Ashutosh Sharma, working as Senior Vice President in Top Most NBFC of India. We had booked this Hotel - 8 Rooms and Conference Hall on 2nd of Feb 24. From last 22 yrs I am working in Banking / NBFC and almost every month we did conference, meetings, booking rooms in Jaipur. This was first time when my team and one cluster employees did conference in this Hotel and stayed for one night.
This is the my life's worst experience, and this is my first negative review on google which i am writing in night.
I had never seen such a horrible management in my life. We had paid 60 % amount in advance and at 2 PM they told me that we will not serve the food if we will not pay the rest of amount immediately. This took me 2 hrs in coordination with my head office and finally we around around 40 employees got lunch at 4 PM.
16 employees were staying there and in night when local colleagues went their to meet them, they had charged 1250 Rs per head at the time of checkout for visitors.
These people are so smart that they are cheating guest at the time of checkout with unnecessary billing.
This is my sincere request not to stay and visit this Hotel, don't book this Hotel for any prgm, party and gathering.
At the time of check out they will start reacting like bouncers and will start blackmailing you.
I am highly recommending not to stay and go for any party, conference etc etc...

Today is not the time to satisfied the client it is time to delight the client if your client is delighted you can surely survive in this competitive service sector This is the key to retain your loyal client & they will fetch the new client through their mouth publicity & recommendation too .Trust me a positive live feedback on your desk board can directly bring 10 new visitor to your hotel through those positive words from his circle..
The room looks modern with lots of glass walls and LED's, all colour combination of interior were so pleasant..
Floors need to be cleaned carefully,front staff are very nice but need to groom through day by day training
Room service were slow need to improve it immediately as i have called them for an opener and they took 25 minutes for it
A Welcome Staff need to be on the entrance
Need to improve the valet parking system and drivers
overall It was a very pleasant stay overall everyone was helpful, attentive and truly wanted to make our stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean with all the amenities one could expect--coffee, tea, 2 water bottles per day, etc

Read moreRegenta is very big group. I don't know why they have opened this hotel in such a pathetic location.
Rooms are so cramped... they have created partition for toilet and bathroom with wooden sections. There is literally no ventialtion in the entire room or whole corridor. Whole corridor will smell like sweats.No fan in the rooms.Windows can't be opend. ligtnining is inadequate... Rooms are so small even if 2 people lived it will feel like cramped.
They have very limited staff in service. Being a 3 or 3.5 star hotel, in house amenities like toothbrush or toothpaste are not provided. soap are not provided only bottled shops are there in the room which they refilled once in month. Hotwater is not hot.
They have very limited buffet options in night...They will trick you to eat Chinese soup as sabji.Dining staff is very slow. Sometime it takes 40-45 minutes to bring your customized order so sometimes they forget.
When ask to give drinking water multiple times, even after we are ready to pay... they ask you to have a r.o. water instead of bottled water.
When i requested for a extra bed(already paid) the house cleaning guy ask me to help him to arrange a bed 😅....
In short regenta management should think about this place...
The Hotel should not be priced more...
