The GT Road is a Delhi based franchise which has recently opened in Jaipur and they have basically worked to bring back the lost recipes from the time of the old GT Road which extended from from Chittagong, Bangladesh to Howrah, West Bengal in India, then across Northern India through Delhi, passing from Amritsar. From there, the road continues towards Lahore and Peshawar in Pakistan, finally terminating in Kabul, Afghanistan and they included the specialities of all the places lying in the route such as the Changezi murgh of Kabul and Rasgullas of Kolkata.
The ambience is themed upon the concept of GT Road only, they have used the artifacts from the places which used to lie on the GT Road and Punjabi songs playing in the background have given this place a totally different feel unlike the typical fine dine restaurants.
They basically specialize in buffet and have a full fledged bar, we tried their lunch buffet which is quite Pocket friendly and is quite cheaper compared to other buffets running in Jaipur given that they serve an amazing variety here and have a live Barbeque also.
They have quite a variety in their buffet and I would recommend the same here :
▶️ Starters :
⏩ Burrah Kebab of Peshawar
⏩ Crispy Corn of China Town Kolkata
⏩ BBQ Chicken wings of China Town Kolkata
⏩ Murgh Achari Tikka of Ludhiana
▶️ Main Course :
⏩ Dal Makhni of Amritsar
⏩ Murgh Makkhanwala of Amritsar
⏩ Pindi Chole of Rawalpindi
▶️ Desserts :
⏩ Gulab Flavored Kulfi
⏩ Gulab Jamun of Kanpur
⏩ Their assorted sweets section is also quite interesting.
So overall my experience was quite amazing because of the scrumptious food and the amazing concept upon which this place is based.

Read moreGT Road is located on the main road and is huge enough to not miss your sight. This authentic restaurant is my favorite place, and before I visited them here, I visited them in Delhi. So I am already a good time fan of this place. I just love how they are serving authentic street style food which we always crave on such fine dine experience. Recently when I visited, I had great time. Starting from Palak Patta Chaat followed by Dahi Bhalle and Raj Kachori. Then I tried their Khatta Meetha Annanas which I loved and asked to serve me thrice, Later they served Crispy Corn, Amritsari Paneer Tikka. Unlike just huge main course buffet, they have wide range of desserts which made me to go drool worthy for sure.
Apart from the good food served here, they have got extremely kind and courteous staff which will make your experience worth visiting...
Read moreThis place is located in Adarsh Nagar, Raja Park. Here you can go with your family and friends. They offer Buffet for lunch and dinner both Veg and Non-Veg.
But, the food they serve is not really good in taste and is not baked properly (happens with the starters). Also, the main course tastes really bad doesn't feels like paying a good amount of bucks for the food they are offering.
If we talk about dessert then it is far better than the starters and the main course.
The service is also really slow like you have to ask them number of times then they will get starters and live counter items for you, though the staff is friendly.
Ambience is amazing, you will just fall in love with the interior as the theme they follow is just so royal and gives a classy look. I loved the ambience but hated the food and service.
They also offer...
