Regrettable experience due to behaviour and poor service of the staff incharge there. The manager there was less than respectful in his conduct and handling of the guest. In such an establishment one is expected to converse with the guest in a dignified manner rather then in a blunt casual manner asking the guest to come back after 1 hr due to some reason and when we did turn up at a later time we were bluntly shunned off stating prior reservation. That is the most abrupt and regrettable experience at the property.
