Hotel Kanshi Vishwa Nath — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

1.When we arrived there , room was not ready . We have to wait for 45 mins in lounge to enter our room. When we entered a guy came out with a mop. It looked like if just clean the room. ( By they we didn’t realise that there was a balcony and we also didn’t check the room as we were in hurry to start the trekking for Darshan . | 2. Next day we both went to Vaishno Devi for Darshan . We came at evening and ordered 3 paratha . It was size of one big plate and with no stuffing. It looked they forget to add aloo and paneer in paranthas. |3.They said wifi is free . Off course it was not working.This hotel make fake promise off giving free wifi to guest but in reality no wifi connection is there.|4.Later that night we decided to open the balcony door also . Omg it was dirty . They forget clean the balcony and dustbin was lying there in open and garbage was flowing out of it.The view from balcony was fantastic but they ruined it with garbage . |5.Also the same night there was a lizard on the ceiling and the lizard poop on the bed. We had to call the hotel staff to ward off the lizard from the room and changed the bed sheets. | 6.Next day my friend went to bath room and she saw a man was standing and looking through the ventilator. It was disgusting . | 7.And the adjacent building someone has a pet hen . And the hen was making noise through out the day . We were unable to take rest. | 8.The room cost us 1350/- per night but if you looked around the room it would have at least 800/- . The room didn’t worth 1350 . By the way there no chair...

It is a Good Hotel. Also has lots of parking space. Looks and view wise, it is okay but that is not the main thing. The best part is THAT THE HOTEL STAFF IS SUPER HELPFUL and they are very good and humble people who are ready to help you in any way possible. You won't believe that the HOTEL MANAGER HIMSELF DROPPED US TO THE RAILWAY STATION IN HIS CAR ON OUR WAY HOME! ALSO, THE RECEPTION AND HOUSE KEEPING BOYS WERE VERY HELPFUL AS WHEN I ASKED HIM IF MANCHURIAN WAS AVAILABLE OR NOT, THE BOY HIMSELF WENT TO A NEARBY RESTAURANT TO ASK ABOUT IT! AND THAT HOSPITALITY IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN ANY HOTEL EVER!
