Honestly, after seeing so many 5 star reviews I was excited to stay at Hotel Meerz but my expectations were still not too high. However, after staying here for several nights, I can agree with all the other guests who have said that this place is AMAZING. The architecture is gorgeous and the rooms are designed so beautifully. Hot water, AC, toiletries, and extras were never an issue. The staff at the reception is so sweet and any time we call to ask for something, we never have to wait more than 5 minutes until it is done. The staff at the restaurant goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. My mom mentioned once to Chef Zahid that she likes moong dal halwa and the next night it was prepared as part of the buffet. Chef Zahid seems to be extremely well trained in the culinary arts and the nightly menu spanned several continents. Truly, the level of attention is unparalleled. I also want to give a special shoutout to Shabir, Tanveer, Sajad, and Mohsin who are so kind and attentive. They made us feel like special guests and we always looked forward to having breakfast and dinner there. They all deserve a raise!

The only piece of critical feedback we have is that the shower in the bathroom is a rain shower, which makes it difficult to prevent your hair from getting wet. It would be better to additionally have a regular shower head as well, though we understand this change may be difficult to make.
