Veg Restaurant - Kake Di Hatti Srinagar — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I went to this place on 3rd june 2023. As the name was famous i thought of visiting the place with my family. I m very fond of northern food. At first looking at the outlet the ambience was preety good, but the "staff". Non caring, again n again have to call for anything i need, even a spoon which should be present before our food was served. Secondly the food was not so good as I heard about hatti. It was as compared to a normal dhaba style food, but compartively pricing is much high. Even the food presentation, talking about the way the food was served was not upto the mark. I belong to kolkata, where every micro details are taken seriously to make your guest happy. I ordered some food with some special instruction, but the guy who took my order did not passed on the same to the chef, resulting in poor food experience. At the end they tried to compensate me with a desert, which I refused so they gave me a discount of 5%, which was also not fair, they should have discounted the price of that particular dish which we did not consumed fully as it was not as per our instruction.

So overall I went to kashmir, thought of taking a selfie with " I ♥️ kakke naan" but i stopped myself after this experience.
