Hotel Ritz Manor — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

One of my worst and forgetful experience as the owner Nirdosh and the decoration vendor (wife of owner) have actually have no experience of organizing party events. Their motive is just to take money and let customers suffer. Just couple of days back I had witnessed the decoration fell off onto stage and luckily no one was injured while most of the guests were already sitting in the hall. The bridegroom and bride were served food in dirty plates which we had to get replaced. There was no quality check done by staff including Manager Tarsem. The room which was given by Hotel for bride had water leakage from AC.

Overall we had to face an embarassing situation in front of the guests so I would definitely not recommend this Hotel and wish I had an option then definitely i would have given zero star to this Hotel.

As a patron I would suggest that if you wish to save your hard earned money then avoid booking party events and marriage functions in this hotel otherwise you would regret later on.

Worst experience ever you will face if you arrange party here!! The organisers will totally consume your savings as they will take full amount( which is fine) but later they will not give you any kind of service. First of all they don’t have proper trained staff.. Guys we faced alot of embarrassment in front of guests and even our family and our friends were complaining.. there was very less staff members. Staff was not picking dirty plates and there was just 2 dustbin in the whole event so people were forced to place plates at ground, chairs, under the table, corner.As there was no one at drinking stall guests were serving themselves i will post every picture. If you are like me who already booked and later reading reviews. I genuinely feeling bad as you are not going to enjoying your close ones wedding. I booked this venue for myU sister's wedding and honestly till date I regret my decision since on the day of wedding everything started going wrong. First the decoration fell onto stage on its own and luckily no one was hurt. The owners wife had taken full advance payment for decoration but did not fulfil the promise. Second when the guests started arriving the snacks/ starters were not served to the guests sitting on couches but the staff was roaming outside serving others. Finally when the bridegroom and bride were to have dinner the hotel staff served food in dirty plates which was very embarassing for me since in Indian weddings being hosts on a wedding these things matter alot but the owner Nirdosh bothered less about all these mishaps and in turn kept harassing me for balance payment.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone and strongly feel for those who must have experienced this in the past as no one expects to go through such...
