Jammu Darbar — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

My experience at Jammu Darbar was deeply disappointing primarily due to the incredibly poor service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked enthusiasm and attentiveness. It took an eternity to even get a menu, let alone place an order. Throughout the meal, it felt like we were invisible to the wait staff, as they were more preoccupied with their own conversations than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for the patrons.

Despite trying to flag down a server multiple times, our requests were met with indifference or, worse, completely ignored. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the restaurant staff. The overall atmosphere suffered greatly as a result, with an air of neglect overshadowing any potential enjoyment of the meal.

To make matters worse, when the food finally did arrive, it was underwhelming in both presentation and taste. It was evident that little care had been put into its preparation, resulting in bland and unappetizing dishes. The lack of attention to detail extended beyond the service to the kitchen, further detracting from the overall dining experience. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, and unfortunately, that was...

Taste & Service of “the Jammu Darbar” Restaurant is pathetic..The waiter was rude and arrogant..We asked for finger bowl, first waiter told us that they are getting one but we waited for 10-15 min and again asked the another waiter, He denied us to get one..While we saw they served two another customer finger bowls and he showed us the washbasin and he was like”hamare pass fingerbowl nahi hai samne basin hai aap udhar haath dho lo”.. And the food was also terrible, daal they served us was uncooked, The dahi we ordered was too sour to consume directly, and also the mutton we ordered was just cooked with only onion and tomato with boiled chewy mutton. We had the worst food experience and staff at the worst behaviour .The staff member even the one who was sitting in the billing...

It is a great place to enjoy food at this place, this place is good for family dinners, plenty of parking available here. Staff is polite. You will feel like home at this place. Recommendation: visit this place and have your own experience and explore the variety of stuff to eat along with family and friends. They are expert in different type of foods including fast food, Indian food, Chinese food and food on demand also. One should must try this place for tasty yummy food . This place is always neat and clean, because table will be ready after every guest. Location is more comfortable for drive-in and parking. Weather is also awesome at the place where it is existing.
