This is the most worst hotel that I have stayed at. The rooms are nowhere near to the rooms of a 3 star hotel there are cockroaches inside room, And if we come to the services provided they are worst. My room's telephone was not working so I personally went to reception to inform that so the person over there was like you have to stay only one day so why do you need telephone. After 2 hours my telephone was repaired and after just one call the telephone did not work properly again. The wifi works in kbps speed at each and every part of hotel , no hot water for bath but hot water in basin so are these expecting us to ake water from basin and the staff arrogance is at another level. The washrooms of the hotel didn't have a lock from inside this is the most embarrassing thing about the hotel. This hotel has a restaurant inside which does not serve you tandoor items and they tell you this after you order everything. This hotel just looks fancy till you cross the reception area but as soon as you enter rooms it is pathetic.
Now the worst part was the manager of the hotel, this guy is a real conman he wants to just earn money from you. This guy does not have basic ethics this is the bitter truth. This guy really scolds you ,firstly I thought that this was his tone but I was wrong. He really looted 1000 rupees from me for late checkout. He calls me 45 mins post the checkout time which was not informed to me while check in to inform me that you have to pay extra fees for late checkout. And as my telephone was not working properly I had to go to reception and I requested so many times that I didn't know about the time but the manager very rudely made me to pay extra charge.

They provided me early checkin (on availability) and at checkout I was late by 30 mins but they didn't ask me even single time to check out. Rooms were spacious. Electric kettle available. Hot water available 24*7. Service : Room was awesome but the complimentary cab service for pick & drop is pathetic. I asked their staff to get a move spray at 12:30AM in the night and he got it for me with in 10 minutes. Location : On road hotel, main market is just 400m walk away. Food: I had a breakfast in the restaurant and it was nice.
≠================================= Even after all the good things I am giving 2 stars because there is a Duggar Dhaba just outside the hotel. I reached hotel at 11:30 PM after Vaishno Maa darshan by that time Jai Ma Inn resturant was closed. I had to eat dinner at Duggar Hotel.
DON'T EAT ANYTHING AT DUGGAR DHABA. He is serving pathetic food. I ordered Dal Makhani (half cooked), paneer butter masala with smooky smell (sabzi jali hui thi), super salted channa masala (namak tezz), white floor tawa rooti (maida). This dhaba is for animals not for humans. The dhaba owner is very arrogant, he is not ready ready to accept that his food is bad. He says "jab apko pasand nhi tha toh khana khaya kyu".

On initial basis they (hotel management) pretended to be nice, but once you paid them complete amount they change their way of talking and everything.||||They asked for payment from client while check in, when it’s been already been done from our side day prior. Shared everything over the email and WhatsApp even though they didn’t bother to update that in their system and continuously argued on call.||||Their team didn’t update the name of client as well, so when my client arrived they keep on searching and telling that there is no booking with so N so name, though it was already been shared over the email and WhatsApp.||||Unfortunately, these things created unwanted hassle for us and for client too as in Katra mostly people have to face network problem. Somehow my client called me up and explained all these things. For the same when we tried to reach the hotel management, they have taken it very casually and blamed us that we are creating scene. As per the manager whom I was in touch for this booking, it’s normal.
