its a budget friendly hotel with large spacious rooms, convenient location and friendly staffs. I stayed there from 04 to 05 Apr 15 and i was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. It is located approx less than 1 km from Katra Bus Stand and is in the middle of all other convenience like restaurant, dry-fruit shops, inter-state bus stand and most importantly the helipad.I had booked us in helicopters for mata vaishno devi darshan and its proximity to the helipad was an additional bonus.||i had concurrently booked a room in Niharika complex run by the Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Trust. Awesome place to stay in katra for singles, couples,families, 5 mins away from katra station, checkin was quick and without hassle, was waiting for friend to arrive so got offered complimentary tea till i was waiting at reception big plus for the hospitality, just 1 min walk from hotel takes you to famous katra market and bus stand next to market, got complimentary breakfast after booking thru Makemytrip, serves delicious food, all amenities are provides, hot water is available 24*7, the hotel also provided help in suggesting tips for yatra, so if you are going to katra vaishnodevi this hotel is excellent choice to stay with all amenities, the...

Worst hotel ever. We booked 3 rooms and all of them has dirty washrooms possible. Washroom doors are not locking properly. Also the doors half jammed into their frames when we are trying to close them. Also you have to ask for soaps everyday, which they should have given everyday on their own for every guest. They give rooms for lowest price on go ibibo but quality is worst. Better use oyo instead of Goibibo as well. I will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

EDIT: they will kick you out of the room at 11A.M even you ask them time for 1...
