OYO 28038 Hotel Kayzee & Restaurant — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Things I liked:||- the location is superb, absolutely in the heart of city (Lal Chowk), which also happens t be the best place for shopping in Kashmir||- theirs was the most delicious food I had in my 7-day trip||- the staff is extremely hospitable and always willing to give over-and-above support, for example, when my wife fell ill, they got us medicines from Lal Chowk at 11 in the night||||Issues I faced:||- wifi range is very less, it didn't connect in my room on 3rd floor, and I had to come to reception every time i wanted to use internet||- on our first morning there, when we had to get ready to leave for Gulmarg, there was some issue with the water motor, so no water in the bathroom for about 2 hours.||- rooms were small & cramped, carpet/towel/floor/bathroom were not very clean||||Overall, it's an okay hotel at the given price, I'll recommend it only when you just hv to spend the nights in hotel and plan to travel to other places like Gulmarg/Sonmarg/Pahalgam...

First of it i dont understand why is the image of hotel shown still under construction? When we stayed there it was well built that too near to the famous place Lal chowk the business hub of Srinagar city. Well the reception and hospitality is quite impressive thanks to its manager. Rooms are neat and clean as is the room service also. talking about food there is no compromise found in its freshness and deliciousness. Bring a budget hotel having luxurious facilities definitely i'd love to stay there again if i visit Srinagar...

I was well impressed with the time that I spent in this hotel. I appeared in the hotel later part of the last month, the staff was very friendly.
