Noor Lounge, located in the heart of Rajbagh, is a beautifully designed café that leaves a strong first impression with its aesthetically pleasing interior. The moment you enter, you’re welcomed by tasteful décor, elegant lighting, and a warm, inviting ambiance that makes you want to settle in and spend some quality time. The café has clearly put thought into its visual appeal, creating a space that is both stylish and cozy.

The vibe inside Noor Lounge is amazing—calm, vibrant, and just the right kind of peaceful for a casual meet-up or even a solo visit. Whether you’re catching up with friends or working on your laptop, the environment is soothing and well-suited for various kinds of gatherings. I was there for a meet-up, and I genuinely enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere the café offered.

During our visit, we ordered a butter chicken pizza, a cold cappuccino & a kiwi green apple mojito. While all were decent, they didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of flavor. The pizza lacked the richness and seasoning you’d expect from something inspired by butter chicken, and the cold cappuccino could’ve had a stronger, more balanced taste. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly left room for improvement. With some refinement, the food could match the high standards set by the ambiance.

One aspect of the experience that stood out in a positive way was the service. The waiters were extremely humble in their tone and very generous in their manner. Their polite attitude and willingness to assist made the overall experience much smoother and more pleasant.

In summary, Noor Lounge has everything going for it when it comes to ambiance and service. The interior and vibe are among the best in the area, and the staff adds a welcoming touch. While the food quality was just okay on this visit, I believe the café has the potential to do much better with a few tweaks. The Noor Lounge - A Gastronomic Delight. We had the pleasure of dining at Noor Lounge on the 16th & 17th of March, 2025. The food, the ambience and the warm hospitality made it a unanimous choice for the family to visit on the second consecutive day. Sunday the 16th of March was extremely busy and the Noor Lounge was at capacity. Despite being short staffed, each table was attended to with care and promptness. The service was orchestrated phenomenally by Atif Manzoor, who could be seen darting from one table to the next, ensuring that each guest was looked after and that each order reached it's intended table on time. Even amidst the pressure of a full house, Atif took the time to explain the dishes and attended to the individual needs of each guest. He is indeed an asset to the Noor Lounge. The kitchen staff deserve unrestrained praise for the exceptional quality of the food which was very elegantly presented. Each dish did justice to it's unique flavour profile and was a masterful blend of aroma, visual appeal and taste. We were enthralled by the tenderness of the Chelo Kebab - perfect balance of flavours and a true delight for the senses. We also had the opportunity to sample their Thukpa, Hummus & Pita, Bao and Sushi. Each dish was picture perfect and authentic, much to the credit of the kitchen staff. To anyone visiting Srinagar, I heartily recommend the Noor Lounge for at least one meal. The Noor Lounge also serves coffee and a mouthwatering variety of baked sweets which unfortunately we weren't able to sample on this trip. All thanks to the generous portions of the savoury dishes!
