Hi i Have visited Hotel Volga Hotel Pahalgam we have enter in Hunted hotel they look very horrible and It's very pathetic condition in Room.

We have visited with my Family Me and my Full family 6 member we have book the hotel online it's give promise to give 100 % service but we shoking seen the Hotel condition online it's show the hotel in online good condition and best service but when we entered we face lot of issue

1,) necessary item it's not available like Towel ,hend nepkin ,soap no tea kit .....etc

2. No electric City in hotel not working Fan and Not working other electric occupent and flush is not working and No water also.

3. Mr Rashik Manger and Staff not listing anything and spoke very Bad language to my family with saying we don't give any service you do what you can do ......

4. BreakFast is very bad if we eat it's smell like junk food and dustbeen food. And No Jain Food

5. we visited with my child we have request to manger and food staff they said we don't provide to milk to your child and my child suffer alot.

6. they promised the all service but they said this Hotel belowing to some political party person and they said we not listen of your problem and we don't care about your basic need.

7. they don't charge as per hotel GST norms they charge 8% of GST CGST --320 AND SGST --320 .I HAVE ATTACHED THE BILL WITH THIS YOUR REFERENCE .

i have request all who book this hotel pls pls don't book and if you book this hotel pls cancle the hotel booking right now .and must go with good hotel who give proper service and support .we face lots of trouble in this hotel and we face biger issue after full payment and now all kind of dadagiri they said 'jo karna hai wo karlo...

Volga Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Pahalgam. The location is extremely convenient as it lies in the heart of the city and market, all scenic parks, bridges and destinations being walking distance from the hotel. You can step outside into the hustle bustle of the city one moment and the next be cut from the crowd and noise the second you enter the hotel. The garden and huts in the back are so charming and quaint, proving a great view of the mountains and the serenity of nature, while at the same time the convenience of the market lies at your doorstep.

The hut we stayed in was very comfortable and cosy, the staff was excellent with their hospitality and quick responses to any needs that arose. I would be remiss to not mention Riaz, one of the staff members, who was diligently at our beck and call, adding an extra star to our experience there. The hotel manager, Rasik, was also extremely helpful with any queries, questions and requests, always at your service.

Lastly, I must mention how great the food was. The butter chicken and chicken kanti are a must try. There are tons of vegetarian options as well, all made with evident care and sincerity. The food really took our experience there up a...

It’s a great escape for those looking to get away far from the madding crowd and for those looking at authentic heritage place amidst scenic beauty that can give you the comfort of home away from home. ||It’s centrally located , the stream is just around 10 min walk away. cafés like Barista and restaurants Sagar Ratna just within walking distance. The restaurant offers authentic Kashmiri cuisine and North Indian favourites. Loved the chicken kanti, paneer, rogan Josh. The Nans were too good, served fresh and hot.|Helpings were good too.||Within the Hotel is naturally landscaped lawns to just laze out and enjoy the morning sun or walk after dinner with family or just find one of their naturally crafted outdoor zones to let out your creativity. My personal favourite was the glass hut lounge for early morning tea, great view and the sounds of birds chirping.||If you’re lucky enough you may get the small cottage to yourself with two bedrooms and small kitchenette.
