Worst experience ever I am absolutely furious and deeply appalled by the shocking negligence displayed by your restaurant. I am a pure Brahmin vegetarian, a fact that I made crystal clear when ordering a paneer dish. Yet, you had the audacity to serve me a non-vegetarian dish instead! I only realized this after I had already eaten some of it - an utterly unacceptable and disrespectful blunder.

Do you have any idea how serious this is? For someone like me, who follows strict religious and cultural dietary restrictions, consuming meat is not just a matter of preference - it is a violation of my faith, my values, and my very identity. Your careless mistake has caused me immense emotional and spiritual trauma. This is not a trivial slip-up; it is a complete failure to respect a customer’s fundamental beliefs.

How can you be so careless? How do you train your staff to handle orders so recklessly? I trusted your restaurant to honor my dietary requirements, and you have betrayed that trust in the worst possible way. This is beyond disappointing - it is outrageous and unacceptable.

We celebrated our Christmas there thinking the must be great.... We ordered paneer tikka masala, chicken peri peri tandoori, prawns koliwada, 4 naan, veg tawa pulao, cranberry colada

About food : taste was not up to the mark ... Very okish food hated the taste of peri peri chicken tandoori it was tasting like the cheese on top of that was expired and it was just spice and didn't have any flavours . (Even many name were wrong on the menu) cranberry colada didn't have any cranberry just syrup of cranberry .. Paneer tikka masala was ok not so great Veg tawa pulao ... Vegetables were not cutted properly ... Veg tawa pulao was tasting like it was fried rice at home.... Even prawns koliwada was not so great

Pricing: if we compare the taste, service, ambience... Food is very costly

Service:not great they just stand at a side not paying attention to customers... Coming very late...... Even when we arrived the tables were unclean and even the menu was watery... We needed to ask them for even spoons....... We even need to ask them for finger bowl for washing hands ..... Food comes very late

Cleanliness: as I mentioned tables and menu was unclean...... Even the glass the gave us were not so clean ......

Yesterday I had a horrible experience with my parcel the home delivery where I ordered my food at 09.10 PM and asked the servicemen how long will it take you to give it to me and two Guy were standing there which one said 15 minutes and the other one I think he is second owner of the restaurant who said that no it took 25 -30 minutes. So i placed my order and paid the amount at the same time and waited for my home delivery parcel and after 30 minutes I asked them and later every 5 minutes I asked them about my parcel which they said it was preparing in between this they just brought half of the parcel ready and another half of the parcel took entire 40 minutes extra which is so embarrassing. In between this, my food gets cold then what is the use of having that cold food? I raised my concern and I just got the answer sorry for the delay which is not sufficient. Guys, I decided at the same time I would not order any food items in the future. In between these 65-70 minutes they, I think delivered 20-30 swiggy and zomato orders.
