Service level needs to be improve, being like a true hotelier/ hospitality industry instead of Kanpur culture, "Chalta hai Bhaiya " , Hygiene and Food & Fruits quality required standard.

Last, Receptionist Ma'am also training for grooming skills, bills checking , customer needs, modification on request basis.

Here are some areas of improvement:

No Room freshner No shoe cleaner/shiner No hand wash liquid Poor quality toiletry items TV not working ( recharge on demand channels activation by reception) Freeze is empty, no office working table and chair. No hand towel Poor quality moisturizer No foot sleeper HVAc ventilation part not adequate. No face tissue Limited tea option ( 1 or 2 sachche) No laundry bag No cookies No wifi / poor connection Very cosy room size Room Lighting not proper Poor room service Service Staff not professionals ( chappal+ Jhadu+Ghutka) Cutlery not clean No Reception bag handling service No Reception drinking water available

Very very much, excellent hospitality Stayed for three days at Hotel Rosewood on the occasion of wedding caremone. The hotel has a good vibe and ambience and is peaceful, and very close to the National highway. The service provided there was excellent. The food is of A++ grade quality and the dishes have authentic taste and proper portions and well organised. The restaurant staff is polite, well trained and supportive. I would like to Special thanks to Mr. Amrendra who has well arranged the facility and services and makes my wedding historical and memorable and the restaurant is also excellent kudos to the team of hospitality, I would tell people that you should definitely go to the hotel once and stay there and enjoy the food.
