Bad experience

I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 schezwan pasta and they send me burned pasta with very less quantity . Just because i ordered from zomato so zomato said they are not responsible for preparation method or taste... So i ignored this matter. But second day after order one of pizza hut's employe (kuldeep sonkar) called me for review, i told him my experience and he said sorry ma'am for inconvenience, do one thing please give us 5 star, i am giving you my number and jab bhi aap next time order karna mujhe call karna mai aapko same pasta bhejunga... Unprofessional staff even they are not able to serve to 4 tables at a time. Pizza Hut is known for its tasty Pizza but this store is ruining the brand value of Pizza Hut. We have ordered signature range Pizza but the store had ruined the experience. The primary skill of the store should be making tasty pizza’s but this store terribly lacks on that part. Please don’t ruin the image of Pizza Hut. Wasted my 1000 bucks yesterday. Even the tables are not cleaned by the staff, customers are dining in uncleaned tables. The first time I went to a pizza hut(saket nagar) with my family, I was super excited because the ambiance seems attractive from the outside, I thought the pizza and service must be awesome but when I entered, I was disappointed no air conditioning working, no fan work properly ,too much humidity and really bed service , i ordered four pizza and they take 35-45min to gave me , when I ate it , the taste pathetic, too much oily and tasteless, my experience was really bad , I prefer to dominos rather than this outlet.
