Too crown, you've to wait for long time & too so tasty food as it is costly 😞😞

Shree Ram Restaurant and Misthan Bhandar is a famous Restaurant and Sweet shop with variety of sweets, Chinese, Italian and Indian Food. Restaurant has good ambience. Dinning of restaurant and rates are good. Food is worth the price. Restaurant is little crowded as many customers come there and you might get wait for the food and seat.

Really well maintained and hygienic place. Best in class snacks and sweets. Price point is really nice. Quality of sweets and snacks I would say really good . Staff is co-operative and helpful. Service is really fast. This place is easily noticeable from heavy traffic . Connectivity is really good here as it's near by national highway. Parking space is not huge but good. Overall really good place to visit if you are near by.

Quality,service,ambience is good but quantity could have been better.Overall experience is good friendly staff place is neat and clean must visit place...... It's okey for group friends to eat there. Me and my friends to like there chilling and enjoyed testy food. It's reality afternoon time is the best for there visiting......... Masala dosa is too awesome... I really like the taste of masala dosa like this. Guys you don't found this type of dosa anywhere.Believe me its too good and tastyyyyyyyyy. ......

The food is good, no doubt. But the cashier or owner you can say is highly rude to the customers. They have policy of not accepting the card payment below Rs. 500 which they don't inform to customers before and create humiliating and chaotic situation when customers pay via card. That way of treating guests is really unappreciated. Hospitality is not good enough.

Earlier it use to be good now days rate has increased and quality has been reduced. Don't visit when it is crowded they won't provide good service and food. Dosa is of worst quality it was thick A road side dosa wala would give u a better dosa at much reduced cost.

The Manager of the restaurant Aman is extremely rude and have no customer handling skills. He doesn't know how to communicate professionally with the customers. The restaurant's policy of 'No order modification' indicates the lack of willingness towards customer satisfaction.

One can visit this restaurent, prices are a bit higher in comparison to others nearby places, one have to wait little more than expectations. Otherwise place is fine, places has two floor ground and first floor. Have variety of dishes. Ambience of the place is also very good, situated on barra bypass that means location is very good, one can find trouble for parking cars as this place has a narrow parking lot. Restaurent as well as the sweet house was opened in the memory of late major avinash...

There is nothing good about this place. It's just a hype. No doubts, there taste is good coz they compromise with the quality too much which could directly affect consumer's health which is not fair. People might not have observed their behaviour. But let me tell some of my worst experiences.

1. One day, I bought a cake from their bakery section. The cake provided to me was not at all fresh and since it was stored in refrigerated condition it's cream was deep frozen which degraded the quality of the cake. They didn't store it at optimal temperature and when I went to them and asked them about the change/refund they clearly denied and also spoke to me rudely. But since, I am a food technology student I told them the concept and told that I will take it further then they spoke to their owner and changed the cake. Imagine, someone who is not aware of the food laws ? They ofcourse are going to sacrifice their wealth and health too.
2. Next purchase was of Kaju Katli. In that too, I saw a cockroach 🪳 inside a piece of kaju katli while I was enjoying this tastiest sweet which means either of their storage or preparation section isn't upto the mark. The hygiene is also compromised. It works only on fame.
3. Third purchase, recently on this diwali 12th November, 2023. I purchased some laddos from their store and I saw a baby cockroach on the film on which laddu is kept. Directly laddo was in contact with that film. Again quality got compromised.

My family usually makes a purchase from shree ram mishthan bhandar. And these are the incidences when I was present during the purchase and had some sweets. For the rest of the times also I expect the same from them.

They are way rude. Please, don't go for their sweets section atleast. I personally don't know about the restaurant but sweet section is worst. The waiting time is too long. No online payments under a limit. And comprising with the quality is the worst thing a resturant can do to a consumer.

Pros: Taste: You will find tasty fast food (samosa, khasta, chat, sweet, and desert etc) Ease: They maintain separate counter for sweets/desert, samosa/patty, chat. etc, making it easy for customer to collect they want.

Cons: Rude owner - Often time I found shop owner talking rudely with the customers, especially the tone he uses. Unprofessional workers - When the roots(owner) are spoiled, then what better would we expect from the workers. Many of them are unprofessional. Mode of payment: Primarily, they prefer cash over any other payment mode. After that, they may accept card payment. I have hardly seen them accepting wallet and UPI transaction. And accidentally, if the money is debited from customer's account and is not credited into their account. They will not consider that payment, customer will have to suffer. Price - The food and snacks prices are slightly higher than other sweet and restaurant in Kanpur.

In conclusion: I occasionally buy snacks from this shop. And, I wish to not interact with the owner to avoid having any unnecessary heated conversation. And, i make sure i generally...
