Good and neet rooms. The guys sitting over there is not good in communicative English. But the guy has the tendency to learn things. I booked over phone by speaking my own half Tamil after checking online price. Booked and agreed for ₹950 for two days. When I arrived at the reception, the guy was telling I have to pay 1650 for the second day, that is Friday. Then I played the audio recoded during the conversation with a lady when I booked room. Then he reduced to 1350 and took nearly 1290 when I checked out in the noon. Otherwise I would have rate 5 star. Compared to other places around, what I understood from other google reviews, these guys are not that rude though the guy was on the verge. I am sure he is improving his customer serviceability. The moment you came out from the room, as usual most of the places in Tamilnadu, you feel the road side drainage smell entered inside the hotel also. Anyway, not a bad place to stay with your family. We as a group of 4 people (Male) stayed here for a day. The below are the points that I wanted to highlight. No basic amenities like water bottle, soap, brush. Towel just one as a default for 2 members deluxe room. No hygienic room. Bed spread and blanket was not washed. Hope u all can easily identify washed bed spread and blankets. Brush, soap (lux pink color and colgate tooth brush) are charged more than MRP. Credit card payments 2.5 percent extra. I see most of the hotel stay don't do this as we are frequent travelers we can easily identify these. No value for your money what you paid.

Positive: Location advantage as there is a super market next to this building. There is a multi cuisine restaurant walkable distance; as this stay does not have the in house restaurant and it's easy to have food outside and come back. Luckily we stayed for...
