Worst restaurant ever!

I've never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant. Today, my family of four and I visited this restaurant to have seafood mandi, which costs Rs. 1999/-. We had ordered this package a day in advance and paid an advance of Rs. 1000/-. When we placed the order, they claimed that it would include 2 fish, 5 crabs, and a generous amount of prawns. However, when we received the food, we were shocked to find that it only included 3 pieces of crab, 5 pieces of prawns and only 1 fish was served. Additionally, the quantity of rice was very little, despite it being advertised as unlimited. When we asked for extra rice, they failed to provide it. We were taken aback by the serving quantity and asked them about it. We inquired, 'Is this the amount of food you serve for Rs. 1999/-?' In response, they started threatening us for revealing their poor service and used abusive language (bad words)towards us. How can they use such foul language towards their customers? They are unfit to run a restaurant. Instead, they should shut down their hotel business and pursue their rowdy behavior elsewhere.

On our way to Nagapattinam, we were looking for good non veg hotels for lunch and finally zeroed in on Le Royal Mandi Restaurant based on the Google rating and reviews.

The place looks quite simple from outside and lacks dedicated parking and inspite of that it was bursting with people even at 2.30 PM. Inspite of the rush, we were greeted with warm hospitality.

Coming to the most important aspect, the food was the best that we ever had till date. Everything that we ordered was delicious but what stood apart for us was the mandi chicken biryani - it was just heavenly! And having ordered so many items(starters, biryani, tandoori, fries, sandwich, burger and beverages)for 4 people, we were shocked to see a bill of just Rs.1300

And last but not the least, the quality of the food deserves a shout out as none of us had the undesirable stomach disorders that we sometimes have after eating outside food.
