Bait Al Mandi — Restaurant in Karaikal

Very Worst in Customer Service...The Manner they treated Customers is very bad....I got very bad experience with them , two times...Last Month I had ordered mandhi for my relative...i paid the full amount and asked them to deliver to the address. But they collected some amount of money for extra chicken piece.Actually , we didn't ordered extra pieces of chicken...But they put it on bill and collect the money from my relative...I feel very shame...

Today one of my relative ordered them large quantities of mandhi for their relatives including me and asked them to deliver to the mentioned addresses ..They agreed to deliver ...But they Called my at midnight 12 o clock , when I Was sleeping , and asked me to collect the food...I asked the reason , they simply Said that" delivery bots are busy", It is their responsibility to deliver the assured order...I feel very bad experience today also

Now they are famous, so they don't care about quality ans customer service ...I won't...

The way they cut meat is professional and proper. Chicken Al Faham is the best, fresh and tender juicy meat, proper cut. Not spicy and well-balanced flavour in every glob you take. The Mutton is fresh and sizeable. Quality is of utmost superiority. Pricing is unexpectedly low. They will give you unlimited rice for backup. Dips and pours are unique. Friendly staff, with quick service, is appreciable. Kheer flavour is best. Easy to locate, the pathway is a bit cramped and elders might find it tough. Overall, it's the best mandi never miss them...
