I stayed at this hotel for 7 hours before catching an international flight, and it was the worst mistake of my life!

First of all, there is no driveway to the property. I had to drag my bags from the road and lift them over the curb to enter the hotel. It’s definitely not accessible for everyone.

The staff was very unwelcoming, showing no smiles or friendly gestures. The lobby, corridors, and elevators were not air-conditioned, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all. I had a disturbing sleep because I could hear everything from the corridor and even conversations happening in the next room. Additionally, the rooms had noisy split AC units with dirty remote controls.

The bathrooms lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no lotion, hair dryer, or iron provided. The separation between the bath and toilet was just a half curtain, which made everything feel messy.

To make matters worse, the hotel staff was intrusive. They began calling and messaging me on WhatsApp the morning before my check-in, asking for a pre-payment despite my booking being secured through Booking.com. I found this behavior unprofessional, unacceptable, and irritating. They even mentioned that my booking would not be guaranteed if I didn’t make the payment before arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bloom Hotel for four incredible days, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the hotel's elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with the impeccable service, set the tone for a truly memorable stay.

One of the best hotel stays in India I would say as per my experience so far. Rooms are tidy and so well maintained! Cleanliness is top notch. A recent experience in room service was a little let down. (It's just unlike earlier experience, I had to make repeated calls for things and take follow-up). Their buffet for breakfast is again nice if you are into standard bread, butter, toast and eggs. Their South Indian snacks like Idli, Medu Vadai etc were let down! (Surprising for a restaurant from south). Overall, if it's about a pleasant stay, do not think twice and there are a lot of good restaurants around for food. And yes, importantly, you get Uber/Ola cabs from this hotel for your airport rides. The airport from this hotel is not more than 15-20 minutes max.
