👎Washing Machine: Only 2 for entire building, which obviously isn't sufficient. On top of dat d machine is always posing some or d other issues like for example it stops in between many a times such dat when u come back u r forced to restart all over again. And, since there only two machines very rarely it would be vacant so u will have to wait. Utter waste of time!! 👎No power back up: When I was joining I was told dat dey do have power back up however later on after joining i learnt day dey will only be providing a small bulb that too after waiting for 10 mins for d power to come back. So, no fan or charging ports or lift during power cuts. Very difficult to manage as the power cuts is too often here in Bangalore. It could go as long as 6 hrs. 👎Lift: Since I have joined I have noticed some or d other issues wid d lift like very frequently which is btw scary. Like, last week it got unstable while going down and when it had to open to the destined floor it opened at some 1 or 1.5 inch below d level it should. So, I stopped using lift. I understand these things can happen but it has been happening many times and frequently. So! 👎Food: When I was enquiring before renting d pg dey informed dat they have a 50-50 menu from both North and South which wasn't d case. Also, d food quality👎 and taste has reduced for example vermicelli seems like upma. Sabzi/ curries have higher proportion of water in it. Even d south indian dishes aren't good anymore.👎Chinese on Saturdays without anything on side to eat wid fried rice or noodles. They had mentioned dat dey provide non veg. However, its only chicken that dey make on Sundays for lunch that too like 2 - 3 chunk size pieces. 👎I have been facing issues wid washroom cleaning, house keeping, geyser and flush issues. Mostly when I have been complaining I have been indirectly told to adjust or give sometime for them to work on it which btw I have! But, no use bcus everytime d consumers cannot adjust when dey r paying for d services. 👎My pot's flush had some issue it would leak and not flush properly. They took an entire month to fix it. Instead of calling a plumber to fix it dey would ask their own man who wouldn't b able to fix it. He would come and d prblm would arise again in 2 days. And, it took dem 3 to 4 attempts to finally fix it. 👎As a consumer ur issues needs to b taken care of and here, u being a consumer urself is asked to give them suggestions on how to fix d pblms that have risen bcus of deir incompetency. This is regarding yesterday when I went to do my laundry. I saw one machine vacant however before I could use it d girl using d other machine stops me from using it saying her frnd would b using who has gone to her room to get her clothes. To this I didn't say anything as it would be useless to waste time on her so I directly contacted d caretaker of d pg, who went on explaining me that it wasn't actually wrong in what she did and he came wid an explanation of restaurant and reserving system that their u don't question when its reserved den y here. What he failed to understand that most of us are alone by ourselves and have no frnds who would save d machine for our use and most importantly that if all d girls start doing this way most of d other girls wouldn't even get d chance. Also, it's ethically wrong dat girl takes her own gala time to use d machine wid her friend's help while we have to keep coming back checking for if d machines r vacant for use. He only needed to ask dat girl to not repeat what she did but instead he came lecturing me. 👎So, I feel once u r in they do not care about u anymore. They can also ask u to look for other options if u r facing so much issues in their pg which is so unprofessional of them. I'm currently forced to shift somewhere else. And, I'm very disappointed wid deir service, behavior n attitude. Shifting isn't easy when u r all alone by urself especially when u have got all ur AtoZ and packing and carrying it to another place isn't...

the period was after lockdown slowly peoples are joining the paying guest hostels , on that time i went along with my sister to join her in this pg , on that time they dont have guests as well they received us in a friendly manner and we felt good on that time even my sister also lived there for 8months , she was telling me on that time food is average and eatable but after they are getting guest regularly they used to increased the rents that to their behaviour also changed , then my sister decided to left that pg on tat time their management refused to give advance what is my sister paid...

A comfortable and safe Pg in the locality with almost all facilities such as television, attached washrooms, cupboards, washing machine and food. House keeping is there to clean the rooms everyday. Food is the only problem for North Indians as you get dosa/idli sambar almost every day plus it is really spicy. But you can cook your own food as induction, fridge, microwave, toaster etc are also available...
