Cool lobby and on time arrival experience at front office as I am traveling with my family n kids ..they didn't wait for balance paperwork they immediately issue keys n escort family to room 🌟 given for this p

Best part I order freshlime soda...along with my food order .

And same I was curious to see that .. do they serve in advance or wait till order service on table ..cos majority serve in advance which is not the right part at hospitality side until u ask for it ..they got 🌟 for it cos they served with order only and food was awesome . 🌟 given for it ..

Safe parking place at basement gave me peace for my car ...cos I love my car equal to my wife .. 🌟 given for it ..it's important for car lover

There is say Check washroom n book hotel ..

You must visit there washroom or rooms .in today's world how to save water you will get this experience ..

Double n single prssure of wc will help u to experience it..

Also as belgam is double temprature city you mixer of water of water should be very accurate .

And the system this guy's implemented is new and super ...

Signing off Money...

Not worth it! We stayed from 1-3rd Feb in 2004. The hotel as it looks big on the website is not when you see it. there is only a basement parking with no compound or greenery around. We had booked a superior room, to which we got a upgrade to a superior club room by the reception. As we entered the room was not what I expected,it no club room at all. Spacing is fine but they didn't have a balcony and neither did the window open. The bathroom had severe grouting issues.the tiles and washbasin were quite dirty. The toilet wasn't cleaned well. We were told by the reception on breakfast time being 8-11am. As I landed at 10:30am to the breakfast restaurant the captain quickly told me the breakfast timing are 8-10:30am. Plus the reception told us the smoking zone is outside the hotel near the stairs whereas the lounge manager told us the smoking zone was on the terrace 🙄( your reception needs to be updated on their hotel factsheet) . If you're a nonveg person this place Will not be suited for breakfast as they serve only veg items and if you ask you will get an egg preparation. We tried the meals at the lounge which is on the 4th floor, ordered palak paneer, chicken handi and trust me it was good. But thier In room dining fares are too expensive. The bell boys and other staff are quite helpful. You will find many local small restaurant around also you have dmart just opposite to the hotel. But all in all I would never want to stay again at chancery...
