Tumkur Tatte Idli and Davangere Benne Dosa — Restaurant in Karnataka

I’m from Hubballi and visited this place today around 2:30 PM. I ordered Veg Pulao for my afternoon meal. The taste was really good, and it was cooked perfectly. The portion was big, and the quality and quantity of the food was good for ₹70.

There were many other dishes to choose from, which made the meal even better. The service was fast, and the place was simple and comfortable. They didn’t provide a freshly printed bill.. instead, they gave me a pre-printed one, but it didn’t cause any issues, and I was fine with it.

Overall, it was a good experience.. good food, good quantity, and great value for money. I will definitely come back to try...

Very authentic Tumkur, Karnataka style, Dosa and Idly variety. They serve differentiated menu items. As per the item name Davangiri Benne Dosa is different than Benne masala dose. Tatte Idly is very spongy and light topped with Podi (gun powder) Chutney, different type of coconut Chutney is served with Idly and another Chutney served with Davangiri Benne Dosa and Benne masala Dosa. A wonderful new place in Belgaum. There was no authentic Davangere Benne Dosa or Tumkur Tatte Idli in Belgaum. The preparation and the taste are beyond words. Although, health conscious people should stay away from the Benne Dosa as they put a crazy amount of butter in it. The place is also we'll maintained and hygienic. Ample sitting space is available.
