Shri Guru Snacks — Restaurant in Karnataka

Great breakfast here. My family's favourite place to stop by. Infact for almost every trip, where we had to leave home early, we have a stop here for breakfast and then leave.

What's must try? Puri Bhaji - Excellent Puri Bhaji, this is the only place where they give you Batata bhaji (ಬಟಾಟಿ ಪಲ್ಲೆ) separately or just added in the main bhaji (you can ask to keep it separate too). It has nice Garlic pinch and has sprouts as one of the vegetables, almost tastes like Misal ki bhaji. The same bhaji is actually given for Mangalore Buns, Batata vada and some other dishes.

Mangalore Buns - This is another dish worth giving it a shot. This is quite different from Bangalore's Buns where they give Sagu in Bangalore, here it's the same Misal type bhaji. We love that, I'm so used to this combo that I cannot have Sagu with it even in Bangalore.

Idli Vada - Idli Vada is also excellent, considering North Karnataka city, you get more Maharashtrian touches here in even the South Indian dishes, and but here you still get the best. Vada is crispy you should visit in the morning, Excellent vada. A lot of them like this Vada even more than anywhere from South.

Others I've add Batata Vada, which is the usual dishes which you can get anywhere. Almost like Vada Pav but with more Gram flour coating and garlicish. Tea is good, Coffee is just ok.

Hello people of Belagavi ! I am a frequent visitor to this hotel named guru snacks but everytime I visit their service and their quality seems to be diminishing! The food quality is worse so is the behaviour of the staff ! Located on the prime area at 2nd gate everyone expects to have a quick bite of snack before their work or daily chores !
