Nityotsava Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

Never had such a bad experience before!👎👎👎

1. Dirty rooms with little cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, pillow cover, door mat; Interestingly, even after changing they still look dirty.
2. No Wi-Fi even though it's mentioned as available.
3. only 1-2 Hindi/English channels.
4. Desk phone doesn't work well.
5. You need to ask them 3-4 times to get anything done as the staff are too casual and unresponsive with their lame excuses handy.
6. Food is below average.
7. There is only 1 plug point in each room.
8. There is no geyser, perhaps there is solar heater installed but we could barely get hot water. After complaining, the receptionist ask us to waste 2-3 buckets of water to get hot water, which didn't work either.
9. The staff ring the calling bell and run away at night, which is extremely annoying and disturbing.
10. Lastly, please don't go by the positive reviews as these are all fake and paid reviews. You can see an absolute contrast between the negative and the positive reviews.

Please don't waste your time and money here!

Dear owner, I am not awaiting any explanation from you. If you are really bothered, please work on the points mentioned above instead of justifying. Also, instead of cost cutting by having poor quality staff, please recruit some good, well responsive staff who could at least communicate well with their guests...

So we had a family function at Mysore and Nityotsava Residency was the place that was provided for accomodation. To be honest this is not a good hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Firstly there is no wifi facility on any floor and can be accessed on the ground floor. This is truly disappointing.

Secondly the rooms stinks and dusty. It seems they don't even care to wash the blankets and due to this it can cause serious sking problems to people. Even the sofa is dusty! Also instead of one bed they have joined two single beds which is uncomfortable. The bathroom is congested too.

Also they have poor maintenance facility. One room had a leaky A/C

Coming to the complimentary breakfast, it's pathetic. They are stingy in providing breakfast. Just a 3 small bowls of dishes are given as breakfast as if they think a guest is a cat 😂.

They don't have parking facility too. Just 2 cars can be parked in front of the hotel.

One more thing to note is they don't provide complimentary bottle of water and they will charge Rs.20 for each.

One positive thing is they have a big hall with washroom attached. It's a good place for conducting function.

Apart from that the place sucks. They could make it a better hotel if they could spend those money which are being taken from the guests.

I booked via OYO from 29th Dec to 5th Jan. Due to new year rush, the hotel cancelled our booking by its own without informing us. The hotel reception played double game with us pretending to be helpful and changed us double for continuing they stay.

With no clarity, we were calling OYO support every now and then asking for help. Out of no help, we had to checkout on 2nd Jan and 4days after our checkout we got to know all these problem was due to this hotel.

They hotel withdrew its attachment with OYO and to earn more cash, it cancelled our booking via OYO and made us to book live at reception with 100%more rates stating last minute booking as a reason. The complete start for 8 days was booked at ₹14000 via OYO and finally we ended paying ₹10,000 for 4 days.
