From the very first moment, they were incredibly helpful, when I asked if they could deliver the cake to my house, they immediately agreed and ensured it arrived right on time. I personally am a big fan of Dolphin bakes but this one incident shook me up. Had been there to order eggless cake for my wife's birthday. Along with placing an order for the same I also ordered a veg puff parcel for my daughter. When my daughter sliced the puff at home she grew suspicious that the puff looked weird on the inside and we soon realised that it was egg puff and not a veg puff. We informed the franchisee owner when we went to collect the cake.
