But I am expressing my great discomfort and disappointment in sterling group, because the management over here in sterling is least bothered about anything, worst hospitality, the manager and the staff are non responsive, least bothered to be precise. The restaurant service is one hell to experience, I am very much disappointed by the behaviour of the staff, I have been calling the restaurant and reception from half an hour they are least bothered, the matter is that I had called the restaurant through intercom for placing order a lady received the call and told me that she will take the order and she hung up the phone, to my surprise she never called back and has made the number busy. The same I reported to the reception, even they are not responding. To escalate the same I asked the reception to connect me to the manager and even he is not available it seems, is this the kind of service sterling gives to its customers. Total waste of money, worst stay of my life. Worst hotel management. I will escalate the same in appropriate forum if grievance is not addressed to....
