This Hotel is not even worth of 1 star!!!!

I'm writing this review while I'm still at this hotel. Please never come to this hotel. It's a bad mess. The AC's don't work, remotes don't work, bathrooms are stinky, not sure when they cleaned it. The pics on the website are totally deceptive. Nothing in the room looks even close to what's in the picture. The house keeping and receptionists people are the most lethargic of all. Morning when we checked into the hotel, they gave me a wrong room. We were suppose to be in 105 as per my OYO booking, but placed us in 202.

The guy who showed us our room took note of the AC remote not working and said will replace it immediately. It's been 12 hours and that person never came back. I also did call up the house keeping, but as mentioned above, they're the most lethargic of all. I myself replaced the tv remote batteries with the AC remote. Secondly, we were three people and I informed the house keeping to provide us with an extra bed. Mind due, I requested this once with the receptionist in the morning during check in, second over a call to house keeping after an one hour of check in, third when we came back from the temple (very tired), I personally requested at the reception, and fourth my wife too lost all her patience and called up the house keeping asking where the hell is the extra bed!!! Guess what, they just kept saying 5 mins and it's been over 12 hours now with no extra bed for us. My mother and my wife had to sleep on the bed that's available in the room. I had to sleep on the chair and I almost broke my back.

Coming to the restaurant. There's no proper management. Someone takes the order, someone else serves the food. There's not even a smile on a single faces. All have sly smiles towards their customers. We had ordered rotis and curries. While we were still eating, one of the waitress got us FINGER BOWL. Yes, that's right, f*ckin finger bowl and we never asked for it. This basically meant that they wanted us to just eat whatever is on our plate and leave. What damn arrogance!! We were thinking to order some rice and after seeing this, we just quietly left.

THIS IS THE FREAKIN STATE OF THIS HOTEL and RESTAURANT!!!

So, if you thinking are they going to refund my money?? No.. Because they're too greedy..I myself vacated this place and went to stay in a better hotel in Hubli.

So guys, I request each one of you to please never ever chose this hotel even for a quick transit. It was one of my most horrible, terrible and horrendous...

We chose this hotel room since we wanted to keep escape the heat and get a goodnight's rest.

What we got was as described below. 1)Dusty floors, side tables, cove table and dust on the bed headboard. see pics 2)Non working ac in the first room. Got a new room which had a namesake ac. We ended up pushing the beds closer to the ac to get a little cooling. I don't think they have maintained the ac for a few years. 3) Terribly stained bedsheets. We got them changed as soon as we stepped into the new room. 4) WIFI that is as fast as the dialup connections of yesteryears. U get a WIFI password only if you have the guts to shamelessly pester them for the same. 5) Smelly and stained washroom. The commode looked like something in a boy's hostel. After a bath bcz of the lack of an exhaust the washrooms gets stuffy and hot. see Pics 6) Non working tv. Yes I checked if the tv was working bcz everything else was disappointing and thought a little tv could help ease the frustration. Tv was never recharged. A guy came checked if it was working and said he would return in 10mins. That was 4hours back. See Pics 7) Average food. No complaints here. They force you to settle your bills immediately before even eating your food. This even after I told the server to return after an hour so I could eat and then settle the bill. The restaurant charged me 100₹ for a bowl of curd and 127₹ as service charge. 8) They force you to pay for the room upfront before seeing the room or even at the end of your stay like any other hotel in this planet.

I was charged 2500₹ for this pigsty / hotel room. Am I being fussy? Or am I just asking to give me what I paid for i.e. A clean room with a working ac

I am writing this review out of pure frustration at 11:30pm whilst a black bug walks across my forehead. The bug is a reminder that I got screwed over by Hans...

Hotel Hans, Hubballi – A Premium Name, But Nothing Premium About the Experience

I stayed here for four days, and to put it simply — this was a deeply underwhelming experience. While the hotel wears the badge of being “premium,” it falls flat on nearly every parameter that defines true hospitality.

Cleanliness? Two-star at best. The same bedsheet was left unchanged for my entire stay. Room Service? Zero stars. You have to call multiple times just to get basic services, Like water bottle, laundry services — and even then, you’re met with delay or disinterest. Location? Fair enough. That’s about the only thing they get somewhat right. Payment? Oh, they want that upfront, without delay — but in return, you’ll have to chase them down just to get a towel or a bottle of water.

The biggest joke? The tea/coffee sachets in the room seem to be brought in straight from someone’s trouser pocket — no standard, no hygiene, no sense of presentation.

One night, after a long journey, I had to personally call housekeeping and instruct them to clean the room after I arrived. That’s how low the bar is here.

One bright spot in this otherwise gloomy stay? The complimentary breakfast. It was genuinely good — fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. No doubt about that.

But a good breakfast alone can't carry the weight of poor service, questionable hygiene, and neglected guest experience.

Hotel Hans is a stain on the concept of premium stays. It promises more than it delivers, and ultimately, leaves you with regret...

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Cost: DELUXE Room Price: 3900 I used agoda app and paid 3100 after discount. While booking I have mentioned special note that I need early check in around 8AM, actual check in time was 12 pm. When I went around 8 AM they mentioned I have to pay 30% of over all price for early check in. Most of the hotels provide early check in based on availability. But this extra proce was too much. I went to friends house and came back at 12 pm. In the reception they gave a key and dint even explain anything or not even send anyone to show the room or carry luggage. Regarding Room. Please refer the attached images. 1. AC I never felt cool inspite of keeping the temp at 16. The AC was very old and never serviced I belive. They used thread to tie the AC vents 2. Washroom . Really very unsecured washroom, lot of holes above shower. Water is not coming properly. 3. The washroom was not cleaned l, the previous guest trimm3d hair are still seen 4. Bed is not good 5. I have also got complementary breakfast . Which was ok only two options don't expect too much idly and dosa that's it. Over all not at all recommend for even 1000 rupees.

I'd give it a 3.5 star rating. The hans hotel is an affordable luxury hotel in Hubbali. Try to look for cheaper deals on Oyo. The entrance is huge, the staff are very co-operative. Although I'd reached late at 1230, they obliged to serve me fresh food even after their kitchen was closed. The rooms (classic twin) are spacious and neatly kept. There is a central ac and fan for temperature control. The room has a warm lighting. They provide a LCD TV with almost all channels subscribed. There is a huge af mirror and kettle for tea available. Only thing that disappointed me a bit was the washroom, which was small, congested and not so well lit. The vent wasn't working also. There is a breakfast buffet where they serve south Indian breakfast which is tasty I must say. Again, it lacks one thing is fresh fruit juices. There is ample parking space for your cars/ taxis also. All in all a good hotel if you're staying in hubbali. Recommended 👍
