Karnataka Bhavan — Restaurant in Karnataka

Karnatak Bhavan is a just on the opposite side of Gurudutt Bhavan (GB closed on Tuesdays) affordable middle class budget restaurant where lunch & dinners are available in KB as Thali. But Karnatak Bhavan is a shade lesser than gurudutt bhavan as regards hygiene & cleanliness is considered ( but thali lunch & dinner not available in GB ) but snacks can be ordered all the time in both the restaurants.. In GB lot of four wheelers & two wheelers parking place is available whereas in KB, no such dedicated parking place is available. Both are purely vegetarian restaurants. GB has a nonveg restaurant near J G College of Commerce just 600 mtrs from GB on the same side...

Stayed this weekend in the hotel. It is one of the newer hotels in Dharwad. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Decent sized room. Hot water for bathing in the morning.Housekeeping done everyday. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Food is ok nothing great., not bad too. This time i felt the room service was better, more prompt as compared to my earlier experiences. One of the OG hotels of Hubballi, KB is truly special with their Signature Poori Kurma. Taste being the best, portion is well enough and quick service. It's also another branch of Canara Hotel, again a very good restaurant. For me personally I like Masala Dosa and Poori Kurma here as both Sambar and Kurma are delicious. If you wanna have Poori Kurma, you must come after 12:30 PM as they don't serve it for breakfast. But one must visit and give a try for a delicious food pallet...
