Vaibhav Home Stay — Hotel in Karnataka

We are dentist and stayed here for a day, the owner Mr Vaibhav provided the best hospitality to us he provided a safe car parking place and it’s very close to all the tourist attraction places of hampi whatever food you need and liquor also he will get it for you ,big thanks to him he does have a auto service which is super helpful for visiting places he provides all the facilities you are going to need in hampi the rooms are super clean the home stay is in local home places but the standards are super high with the reasonable price for a AC room we visited sagar restaurant which is like a small shops run by old ladies it was so nice to see them working together at this age plus the service amazing local authentic food which very tasty all these people work together like a family supporting each other as their lively hood depend only on tourism I will definitely recommend this stay to everyone and support them for good instead for staying in a expensive hotels whir are very far away from hampi not worth it, staying in the heart of hampi and scenic beauty and these kind people made my trip worth it big thanks to Mr Vaibhav and his family- @Dr...

Month of travel January 2023.

We were a family of 4 adults and 1 child 11 years of age. The home stay had neatly kept clean rooms. There are 2 rooms and one common toilet for the 2 rooms hence it makes it ideal when it is a family. The owner Shambu and this family stay on the ground floor. They serve lovely home made veg food , dinner and breakfast. Although it has to be informed to them the previous day, which is logical being a homestay. The room tariff does not include the meal charges as the meals consumed are charged at actuals. 24 hrs hot water facility along wifi and smart TV is available in the rooms. The views from the home stay were beautiful from above the terrace. It was a homely feel.

The only issue is that the parking is at a distance of about 200 meters where all the cars from the adjoining homestay are required to be parked as the lanes are narrow. This can be an issue if your have too much of luggage to carry. This can be mitigated as the owner has a rickshaw for commercial purpose which can be used to move the luggage to the home stay and also for touring Hampi.

Recently I visited Hampi with my family which includes two dogs and my requirements were a pet friendly place, with clean rooms and in a budget. I chose Vaibhav homestay and it turned out the best descision.

Rooms were very clean. Property is in new hampi... Every known place is close by. Host himself has an auto and it can be booked for half day or full day tours Being the last house in the lane... It is very peaceful and mornings are a bliss. Host is very polite. We arrived at property early in morning and he still greeted us politely. Host's parents were gracious enough to arrange boiled egg and make steamed rice for my pets. Note that we went in Saavan and they seemed to be very spiritual with no non veg food cooked at home... But they still ensured that boiled eggs are arranged for my pets. Small but deep gesture which shows how they value the service.

The main USP of the property is the swing and the terrace which we enjoyed since we went in monsoon... If I visit hampi next, I will be definitely revisit...
