Hotel Orchid Garden — Hotel in Karol Bagh

i booked the hotel through some relative. It is the worst hotel ever. Our room #203 is really in bad shape. the bathroom is in shambles. There is no cold water supplly in the bath. even hot water comes in slow speed. we made complain but the person came and saw and went he dint repair. we bookded fo 2 nights but had to check our the second day due to bad service. we were forced to pay for two days. when i questioned the bloody owner started to yell at us in front of my family. my wife asked me to pay. then they demaded fullcash and they dont have a swipe machine. owner (sardarji) now abused Modi for making cashless. i took money from my sons gifted amount and paid the,m rs5500.00 and they dint give me recipet also. third classs hotel with third class people. will make a consumer court...

Best place to stay at Karol Bagh in New Delhi. The staff is very helpful. Just one piece of advice- if you want to stay at any OYO hotel, including this one, then please book your room through the OYO app, not through any other app. I booked a room through another app, looking for some extra discount; but I had some trouble at the time of check in, as the third party app didn't pay full rent to OYO in order to provide me discount.
