The Spot — Restaurant in Karol Bagh

Best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. This place is a heaven for people with MSG cravings, Chinese food lovers and anybody who is looking for tasty food near Karol Bagh. The Spot is not a spot for your fine dining experience, the seating is not proper neither do you get air conditioning(though they have very nice ventilation so summers won’t bother much) but I can bet that the amazing taste will make you forget all of this. My favourites from the menu are: (i) American choupsey. (ii) Chicken fried rice with egg. (iii) Singapore Chowmine(though they are spicy as hell). (iv) Chicken manchurian. The list is long but overall everything you order here is delicious. A quick tip: Order everything with half plate quantity, the quantity of full plate and half plate is exactly same so order half plate if you want to save some bucks or order full quantity if you didn’t...

This used to be my Number 1 Spot in school days !!! Almost a decade later, the same place looks strange to me.

My heart ached when i recently visited this place because i know how good it used to be.

American Choupsuey used to be my fav here but this time around even the veggies weren't cooked properly.

We told the guy taking our order to have the sunny side egg we usually get for the Choupsuey to be cooked on both sides for one of the Choupsueys that we ordered, but to our dismay he got it done on all of them. The momos are a hard pass.

The place has started to look like the joints we see at Kitchen nightmares!!!

Seating is also not fully utilised the place is just dirty and shabby now.

2 stars because i really hope they take some action and bring the standards up and bring the quality they had 6-8...

Our family used to have get togethers here many years back. But today we went there. First of all the staff members were uneducated and very rude. Secondly no space for parking. Thirdly the food was pathetic, it somehow feels like they were just microwaving and serving piping hot. Quality of food bot veg and non-veg, both were hard and uncooked and was of very cheap quality. My mother just puked and have food poisoning after she ate there. And fourthly the atmosphere were very very bad, the table were full of sticky oil and hand were sticking.
